Kathy does a great job on my acrylic nails! I can tell she pays a great deal of attention to the little details while shaping (I prefer almond, which I know is difficult to get just right). She also makes sure that they are not too thick or thin, and she has done some really pretty french polish for me too, including the cutest ombre french I've had 😊

I recently visited this establishment for the second time, but unfortunately, it will be my last. During my first visit, they mistakenly applied acrylic nails instead of the nails I had requested. Despite my initial hesitation, I decided to give them a try since the process had already begun. Today, I arrived at 2:30 PM for a walk-in and was asked to return at 3:30 PM, which I did. Upon my return, I was asked to soak one of my hands in a chemical solution to remove my powder dip nails. I waited for approximately 45 minutes before being informed that there was some confusion regarding who would be performing my nail service. Consequently, I was moved to another nail technician. During the service, the male nail technician filed my nails excessively thin, causing discomfort. When I expressed my concern about the thinness of my nails, he displayed displeasure. At this point, I felt frustrated and decided to discontinue the service. I paid $10 for the partial service and left the establishment. I understand why the ratings for this establishment are low, and I will not be returning for any future services.

3 of us went in on Tuesday and got a full set and pedicure each. My cuticles were all burned from drilling, and they’re all bleeding from being cut. The man was rough and rude. Nails are uneven and polish isn’t fully covering the nails. My sister in law used to go here all the time, but we will never be back

This is my first time here. Joe was amazing! He was very gentle as I'm suffering from a pinched nerve in my lower back and did an outstanding job! Very clean salon also! I will definitely be back!

Joe always does an awesome job on my manicures and pedicures. He really takes the time to ensure even length & consistent shape. My nails are always in rough shape when I come in and I leave feeling so good! I won’t go to anyone else.

The guy kept burning my nails when filing them. Then got mad when I pulled away, due to pain. My skin is still bleeding from the cuticles being burned off. DO NOT GO HERE!! Terrible customer service!

I’ve been going to Elk River Nails and Spa for years. They always do a fantastic pedicure for me and the people I bring along. I highly recommend.

Okay everything went really well they know what they are doing here for sure best mani and pedi I have had in a while but … it’s very expensive and it takes a very long time otherwise everything was fine

I have had several people do my pedicure. I don't have any color done for right now I can't wear sandals. I have to wear compression stocking cause I had a broken ankle a year ago. They all do a very good job. Tina,Joe,Tiffany,and Helen. Thank you

*Update- Not even a week later and MOST nails have chipping polish and one nail completely losing the whole bit of polish. See updated photo of how horrible they look! I’ve NEVER had a manicure this poor. 0/10- would NEVER recommend!!! I’m so angry!!!! I work so hard to grow my nails out (I’m a nail biter) and I had them so beautifully long I asked her to keep as much length as possible and she cuts them SO SHORT and SO SQUARE and SHARP! Look at those edges!! They are also incredibly crooked :( I paid an extra $10 for the cat eye effect, and do you see it? No? Me either! They also “forgot” I wanted a pedicure so I sat and watched my friend get one then she had to sit and watch me get one… the pedicure hurt so bad. Her finger nails felt like they were cutting me the whole time. Two of my toes are bleeding. Extremely disappointed since I’m 39 weeks pregnant and just wanted to relax and walk out feeling refreshed and beautiful and now I feel the exact opposite :( will never return. Much prefer Zeus Nails in Rogers.

I sent my 10yo with her auntie to get pedicures. Apt was made… yet my 10yo had to wait an hour while her auntie went first. My 10yo massage chair was broke so she wasn’t able to use it. The nail technician cut my sisters toe open twice causing her to bleed. No discount was offered. Very annoyed. Want my money back.

My daughter got a full set on. It took 2 hours to get her nails done. She picked out 3 different gel colors and they didn’t have them in stock. (If you don’t have certain colors in stock. Maybe it’s a good idea to not have customers be able to pick that color) there are better nail salons in Elk River to go too!!!!

My first visit for a pedicure and very satisfied with the results! Nice facility, pleasant staff and fair prices. Helen did my pedicure and fixed a nagging ingrown toenail problem I’ve had for quite some time. She was very thorough and efficient. They will continue to receive my business.

Rip off! I specifically asked for regular nail polish, not gel. The first color I picked the guy said they only have in gel, so I picked a different color. Then at the checkout he charged me an extra $15 than the price posted and when I asked why he said because he gave me gel! I said but I didn’t want gel, and he said, ‘Well I didn’t know’ and stood there expecting me to pay the extra, which I had to put on a card because I didn’t have enough cash. The last time I was here the price was different than posted as well, and I thought it was me not understanding, now I know better. Can get the same thing for half the price down the road. I won’t be back again!

I went here about 2 month ago with some friends. The staff were very friendly and really trying to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. I got a pedicure and it was very relaxing and felt great. I used gel polish and it lasted a long time! I was very satisfied with Elk River Nails and Spa and look forward to going back!

I’ve been here a couple time before they did an okay job. This time I tried to get a walk in appointment because it says on their window walking welcome, they obviously are NOT WELCOME the last three times I’ve tried to come in here without an appointment they were extremely rude when I asked if they had anytime to do a fill and color change. I will NOT be returning to this location, if you want customers you at least have to be nice if you don’t have time to do their nails.

I’ve never been to this play but i wanted to try. when he was cutting my nails they were a little shorter than i like which i fine. i asked for coffin, & normally other places i’ve gone to they don’t file the sides as much as he did. on some of my nails on the side you can see my nail which is quite annoying.

This was by FAR the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. My nails didn’t look damaged after she took my last acrylic set off and my new acrylics are PHENOMENAL.

i go to this place to try and give them chance after chance. i always get a pedicure or a full set and my hands and feet always get infected. i have an infected toe now. they must not clean their tools.
