I went to Ela’s for the hydrating hair treatment and scalp massage. Wow! I lay comfortably on a spa table while being pampered and taking in the amazing scents, the calming music and enjoying a scalp massage. She used a variety of botanicals/tonics and treatments that smelled so good while also massaging my head, and running water over my head that was just so pleasant. The mint tonic in itself was an experience. Have you ever used tee tree oil products in your hair that make your scalp tickle and feel cooled and refreshed? Well multiply that by 100. I must have it again!! She then uses steam over your head and hair that does wonders for your hair and skin. The finishing touch is a folded towel under your head that she rotates back and forth getting all those kinks out of your neck muscles. I really like that she will only talk as much as you talk during this treatment. I appreciate it because when you are relaxing, sometimes that’s all you want to do. I spend a lot of time in the pool and my hair looked and felt like hay. I walked out with soft shiny hair that smelled great. See my pictures.

I tend to be pretty low maintenance with my hair and I don’t look for too much outside of a haircut to freshen up. After my hair dresser of 20 years moved to Poland, I was very happy that my mom and I came to Ella’s. Ella is professional, gives good advice/and is collaborative when it comes to styling and cuts, and is great to talk to. I always feel like I’m in good hands when I’m in her studio. Dzięki!

Although my haircut came out great I also asked to have ombre done and what I got was very badly done chunky highlights. There’s one giant platinum streak in the middle of my hair, highlights look overgrown, and the entire tone of my hair is brassy. I can’t believe the stylist let me leave the salon like this. She insists I’m in the wrong. Very unprofessional experience. Will be going elsewhere for correction.

I can’t speak highly enough of this salon. The atmosphere is amazing. Ella is the definition of perfection when it comes to haircutting and coloring. You will never look for anyone else. Techniques and products the salon uses have transformed my hair. I went from never wanting to wear my hair down because it was broken, thin and frail to never wanting to put it up! Ella changed my life and how I feel about my appearance.

Very well upkept salon and extremely professional staff. The products are first class and Ela is very knowledgeable on everything she uses which she sells as well. I've been looking for a salon/barber shop that I trust and after 6 months of searching after my go to closed down I finally found my replacement. Highly recommended.
