the owner did my hair and he did highlights on me with a reference picture. he was very rough with his hands and he didnt do the highlights evenly, one side was thinner than the other and it was clear that he was rushing when he didnt have another client after me. in addition, he didnt leave the toner on for long enough and it turned out brassy. he rushed on my fathers haircut as well and when we got to payment part he was absolutely ready for his payment of 170 dollars plus 10 dollars in tips. overall i would have given three stars but i give two for the rush and lack of effort. i understand that doing hair is not easy but when you have 3 hours of rest ahead of you i dont think there was any reason to rush. not that it will make a difference, im not coming back and i hope thag no other customer/client has to go though that.

From highlights to microblading, there is no salon better. Elissa is so artistic and knows exactly what needs to be done. I won’t trust my brows or hair with any other salon.

Wish I could rate them and actually book an appointment but for now I’m rating a one star as they seemingly can’t answer their phones after trying to reach them three times. Such horrible customer service. Don’t think I will be checking them out after this. They also offer no pricing on their website. Big no from me!

I adore Elle Madison Salon! The vibe is professional, yet super casual. The Stylists are talented, eclectic and very friendly! I adore Elissa who is super meticulous yet promt! I love that when she cuts my hair it doesn't look "cut",but ready to go! #10STARS😍

Be careful. Cut was good, but color was NOT. There was no compensation for my disappointing results and a quite unprofessional response to my request for a fix. I expected my stylist to listen to me. Not going back.

Elissa is a magical miracle worker!! She’s the owner of the salon and takes pride in her work!! She listens 100% to what her clients wants and wishes are and absolutely doesn’t just do what she wants like most beauticians I’ve come across. The salon is clean and glamorous with a positive vibe. Price is completely fair/ reasonable, and quite competitive for the area. So very thankful I found her and the salon!! I’d give 100 stars if google had them up there for me to click!!

This was my first time to this salon, a friend of mine recommended Megan. It had been almost a year since I had my hair done at a salon so I was nervous but excited for something different. I was going from a light blonde to something that was more natural looking and easy to up keep since I don’t get my hair done often. The work she did was amazing and I love the finally results. It was exactly what I was looking for. I HIGHLY recommend this salon and the colorist/stylist Megan :-) The salon was clean and very nice. All the ladies were sweet and nice.

Each stylist is an individual contractor so you have to connect with them personally. The Salon itself is always clean the staff is friendly it's about 6 booth so a smaller well appointed salon. they are very professional and I enjoy my time there

I had just relocated and was looking for a new hairstylist, after I had been going to the same one for almost 10 years! I called Elle Madison Salon and they were able to get me in same day. I was nervous about someone completely new touching my hair, but it was an awesome experience! Shalonda Toliver did an amazing job with my hair! Very experienced and professional. I will definitely be going back!
