The nail tech was rude, kept getting up half way through a step and DID NOT glue the nail tip down on my thumb nail but put the acrylic over it and argued with me when I asked her to fix it. My nails are crooked and acrylic is stuck to my fingers.

The worst. I’ve gone two times now for pedis. The first time it was awful service but figured it was a one off. So a year later I went and let me tell you… the guy that works there is probably the worst at pedis. He took the scrubber brush to my legs (which hurt) told him to stop and he continued. Then when I got my polish it was rushed and looked terrible at the end. The whole experience was probably 10 min and barely got what I wanted. Unfortunately after 2 terrible times I won’t be going back.

Beautiful salon and did a great job. Got 3 of us in right away, they have a lot of workers helping so we didn’t have to wait long.

Candy was awful!! Would not recommend, waited forever, when I finally got in I wasn’t able to sit next to the person I came with. Candy sanded my cuticles off until they were bleeding, the chemicals she used burned. She was in a rush and did a sloppy job painting on my nails. Was definitely disappointed :/

if you’re looking for a good pedicure, this place is not the one to go to! Very disappointed. Wanted to pamper myself after having a couple of bad weeks and was very disappointed when I left. They rushed to get done really quick. The one person that my mom had did a very good job. She went back first and we waited a half an hour until she was done. That’s how quick mine was. Don’t waste your money! My nail polish also looked terrible. I had to have the person that did my mom‘s pedicure fix it before I left. Edit: I called and spoke with the owner and she wouldn’t even let me speak and she thought she knew who we were so she was arguing with me about that’s why “she only charged us for one color.” Which doesn’t make sense, we paid full price for all 3 pedicures! AWFUL OWNERSHIP, AWFUL SERVICE (except Josè 😊)

Don’t bother making an appointment, they don’t mean anything. I have waited an hour past my appointment time on more than one occasion.

I got my nails done on Wednesday, Kim did a beautiful flower design and I loved my nails. Unfortunately, on Thursday, one of my nails chipped. I called and they had me come right back in on Friday to get it fixed with no cost in and out within five minutes with a fixed nail!

Every time I go there. They rush through my full set. If I say something they don't really care and never try. Then say something in there language and laugh. Not very kind. Even though my nails are not even and what I wanted. I still tip. Said have a nice day and lady said nothing. Not a good vibe with the people and place.

Have gone to Elle Nails a handful of times for a walk-in mani & pedi and am always warmly greeted. They make my 9yr old daughter and I feel comfortable and are friendly. There is one lady that is always in there (wish I knew her name, I will have to ask next time) and she is so nice and very personable! Overall satisfied w their nail service and always recommend to others.

I got acrylics done last week Tuesday here. Its now Wednesday (a week and one day later) and my nails are already lifting. It would be an understatement for me to say im disappointed in the results after paying $80 for a full set with french tips being the only design.

I got gel nails, they chipped the next day. I wanted a design, which they say they can do, turned out terrible. I made a reservation for two people for a manicure the day before our manicure and I waited for at least 30 minutes before I was started and the person I went with waited even longer.. I will not be going back.

I wasn’t completely satisfied with my nails the first time I went in. I voiced my concerns and the owner personally contacted me, had me come in and fixed my nails making them beautiful. She did a great job and I will definitely return.

Today makes the 3rd time I've made an appointment, was assured that a nail tech would be available and arrived to be told that there was no tech available. Worth noting: the last 2 times I informed the person on the phone scheduling that this had happened before. Apparently they don't want my business. 😩

I got a pedicure at Elle on Saturday. One person had me follow her and filled the water to put my feet in. Then waited for another girl who after 10 min finally sat down but then proceeded to get up 3 times. She never asked me which pedicure and when she was using the grater was so rough it hurt my feet. I dont think she even noticed as she was talking the whole time to a coworker on the otherside who was busy doing a pedi. She also stopped several times to talk with her hands to that person. She was so rude and didnt care at all about what she was doing! I wont go back and wouldnt recommend it to anyone!

I love this local spot for nails and pedicures, especially under previous owners. Hoping new management will continue to excel! Complimentary beverages, easy to call for appointment, plenty of gel and dip colors to choose from. HGTV usually a bonus!
