1st appointment with Elle Style Bar. I chose Dave for my stylist after reading the excellent reviews from clients with short hair. He was everything they said. I felt so confident he knew what I needed to do with my hair. I am extremely pleased with my cut & color!!

David is my hair stylist. Since I’ve been coming to him for my hair. It has grown so much! I enjoy how he educates me about my hair and texture and we can talk about what will look and be the best for my hair and my lifestyle. Staff are friendly, the salon is clean, and it’s definitely a calming environment. I definitely recommend!

Made an appointment on a whim, super happy with the hair cut and style I got from Neil, very helpful, skilled and gave me lots of much needed pointers on hair care and styling. Glad I decided to upgrade my normal cheap haircut, worth it!!

This salon is just perfect. I go to David at marks/Herndon Very good place to go. Plus the stylist are not just hair cutters. They are talented individuals. And they seem to like working with the crew. David understands hair and likes it. Works with it. Good place to go.

I love my stylist and the products she uses. She makes my hair look natural, and easy to care for, and healthy. I would highly recommend this place. It's clean, fresh looking, and they do a great job. As for the other review here, I would have complained and had them fix it. I wouldn't just go away unhappy and pay $75. They seem to be willing to help you out, so it seems strange.

My stylist is Allie and she's amazing. I've been going to her for almost 2 years now. I've had a few different styles and colors done by her now and she's literally so amazing at her job I trust her fully with my hair. I can show her a reference picture and she makes me look so much better than the photo. She's also so sweet and accommodating. My favorite stylist I've ever had.

The stylist gave a good wash and my hair felt really nice after with the Aveda products used. The cut however, was terrible. He did the exact opposite of what I asked. I said no thinning shears on my curly hair n instead he did a thinning technique w regular scissors which ruined my curls. I also asked for the front to be slightly shorter than the back but the back was a solid inch shorter than the front. He did so much texturizing throughout my hair and on the ends that my 3b curls are destroyed n is just super frizzy now. "Manes by Mel" on YouTube has helped me figure out how to fix it a little w DIY haircuts but very disappointed that I had to do this after an expensive $75 haircut.
