A joke of a business. I called several times across 3 weeks, left voicemails and even requested a call back on their website and no one bothered to follow up. No one ever answers the phone and they don't seem to care about their customers

I booked a lash lift and tint at the Groupon rate over the phone with ellehomme (~$55 for both the lift and tint on sale). It was my first time getting a lash lift or tint and Kristine was extremely professional, courteous, and informative. She walked me through everything and I got so many compliments! I got it done Aug 5 and it lasted until Oct 12 (and they're still slightly curled 2+ months later, it's just some of my lashes grew in so I want to get them recurled). I was at a local Starbucks like 1.5 months after the treatment and the barista stopped me mid order to tell me how much she loved my lashes 🥹❤️ I've already bought a package of 5 more lash lifts/tints I loved it so much!

Probably one of the worst results I’ve had. I’ve been doing baby botox/dysport for years now, I know what quantities I like. Their product doesn’t work at all. I asked her to focus on one specific line and it’s still the same as my before photos. When I called to complain she said I’d have to purchase more (in correct establishments, they usually fix their errors at no cost). They also tried to upsell me SO MUCH, I basically had to run out of there. Not worth it.

Paid $120 promotional price over the phone. When I got there, I said $175 is my TOTAL budget (in case anything else is needed). Instead, they added $175 worth on top of my $120. So now my total is $295. Very frustrating and bad communication on their part. I called back asking if this was a billing mistake. They said it wasn't a mistake and they wouldn't do anything about it. I wish they would've worked with me on the issue. Don't let the same thing happen to you. My credit to the injector, who did a good job.

I came here for the first time and was greeted (not friendly) by a staff member who instructed me to fill out my health history form on a tablet. It sat there for 15-20 minutes before she showed back up and took the tablet. I was ushered back into the treatment room where the esthetician commenced my facial. Very minimal communication of what was being done or what was being used. She painted on a "collagen mask" and left the room then came back and placed another pre-formed mask on top of it. Not sure how one can benefit if one mask is put on over another. Well, serum after serum, she finally wraps up THEN tells me what she placed on my face. One was a Vitamin C serum. My intake form indicated that I am allergic to Vit. C concentrate. Clearly they didn't read my health history intake form. I was advised they were short staffed but not paying attention to important information such as allergies concerns me as they are a Med Spa. They made note AFTER my appointment when I advised them of my experience and the itching starting on my face that they would notate my allergy. Sorry but not returning. This falls below the standard of care.

Susan is the BEST!! I’ve worked with her for over a year now and she’s went above and beyond for me. It’s sometimes hard to get parking on Eri so she went as far as to come Down and wait in my car while I went up and got a quick service done to keep me and the others on time for our appointments! She’s also been very helpful in describing all services and benefits and she’s always smiling !

I have been seeing Elizabeth for all my skincare and beautification needs and she has truly transformed my skin and how I look . From facials to botox, fillers etc, every service I have done has been amazing. Elizabeth always goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule and make me feel comfortable during my appointments. Her knowledge and expertise in skincare are evident in the results I have seen. I highly recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking for a skilled nurse/aesthetician. Writing this review on my very first experience getting lip filler back in 2022 here. Since my first experience I have went to a new med spa with an absolutely incredible experience- but it made me realize how botched this place was. At the Streeterville location my injector used a cannula on my lips (I have been told several times since how odd and unnecessary this was) the process took about an hour and was severely painful, I was left with uneven lips and horrible bruising. Bruising so bad that they made me send update photos to make sure they did not give me Vascular Occlusion (blocking of the arteries). I did end up getting a touch up appointment at the West Loop location for the unevenness but I still have a lump in my lip to this day from that. After going to my new med spa, my lips never bruise, have never been touched with a cannula and it usually takes about MAYBE 20 minutes. I cannot believe how naive I was, but hopefully this review saves someone else. Definitely would NOT recommend the lip filler from this place.

Unfortunately I have to review my experience. I called them ahead of time to save them the Groupon cost of 50 units for Dysport. I’ve never used more than that in all of my forehead and they would only put it in for one spot.. After I saved them the Groupon fees. Lost a good customer.

I stumbled onto this new spot on a last minute search for Botox as a last minute time pocket in my schedule opened up. Had called 5 medical spa’s who were either charging too much per unit & weren’t able to take a same day Saturday appt. To my pleasant surprise, I was able to secure a same day appt, got a new client discount which put me on the map, within my researched price range and headed straight to this location. I was greeted by a busy but efficient, quick witted, and pleasant Receptionist/ Nurse injector. Highly recommend this Streeterville location with parking via spot hero from $12-$22. I’ll definitely be back! My nurse injector/owner, Elle was a doll, and we had a lot of fun chatting & exploring future goals of my skin care needs. My Botox appt was less than 10 minutes (keep in mind i am a new client) & it went very smoothly. I felt heard & felt like I was in good hands. What this spot lacks in that plush spa ambiance, it makes up for in character, skill of injector, & price point. 💯

Wouldn't trust coming here for services. Every time I've called, it's been a hostile and rude call. I tried to reschedule and I was told to go to a different location - I booked at West Loop and could have rescheduled any time for an appointment there but was told to go to Erie where, as others have said, they don't answer and it's not regularly staffed. I never received a confirmation for when I tried to reschedule and was told to "write everything down". I kept getting messages to confirm my original appointment and called back to confirm it was rescheduled and they had no record of that. All of the 5 star reviews here are from accounts where it is the only review. Very sketchy, very rude, very unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them to do any type of filler or injection.
