A) I booked this place because it takes Care Credit. I called twice to confirm. As I go to pay they spring the news on me there is a $700 minimum on Care Credit, which no one had decided to tell me until after my service which was only $129. Not only that they were incredibly rude to me about it as I had to scramble to figure out how to pay. I would’ve budgeted but I had planned on using CareCredit. B) I had facial services done by they had me lay all way down on a flat table. It was basically a card table with a sheet on it. It was horribly uncomfortable and unsteady. I’ve never completely laid on my back for a facial on a real table. C) The place is under construction and fine, but the bathroom light wouldn’t turn on, weird stuff just laying everywhere. D) I can’t believe how rude the manager or whatever she was was to me, a first time customer. I was so happy to run out of there. E) Actual services were meh, the aesthetician was nice enough but no way I’d step my foot in there again. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

I will never go anywhere else to get my beauty facial treatments/ Maintance done. I drive all the way from Naperville, and it’s worth every mile coming here. I love Elle Homme but this particular location is where it’s at because of the beautiful people working here. Susan who works the front feels like home/ family! Such a down to earth, sweet soul. Cristina is also very sweet but she is so patient everytime I unleash an insane amount of questions lol, does the best job on my lips, extremely informative and professional. Thank you ladies for all you do, keeping me beautiful, and making selfcare/ me time that much better. FYI I looked for you on Yelp to leave the same review and couldn’t find you
