Elli is absolutely amazing! She did my hair on Sunday, which is rare as most salons are closed. She is very energetic and professional. I had orange hair with very bad gray roots. She did a color correction and she also uses amazing products. I traveled three hours out of state to see her. She also was very helpful with parking, I was able to park my car in the back of the salon. She is from Iran and her story is very inspiring! I love her so much. It was my first haircut with Elli and I had such a great experience! I'm very particular with the type of cut I get for my thick curly hair, and she knew exactly how to cut and style it. She was so easy to talk to and super efficient & I couldn't be happier with how it came out. I will definitely be going back to her next time!

A little long over due review. But I love Elli! A few months ago i went to hair to fix a horrible hair cut and balance my layers and get a treatment to revive my hair and she was amazing. Definitely would recommend!

One of the best salons in San Diego, but for sure the best stylist. I made my appointment not knowing really what I needed but I definitely needed a long appointment. Elli did a beautiful job with my super damaged and highlighted hair. I left feeling like I spent my money well and will definitely be back.

Elli is not only a talented stylist, she is a warm, caring person and very easy to like. I have tried several hair stylists since moving downtown and she is the first I've been really happy with. I have sort of difficult hair, but she "got it." I've only been once so far and sometimes things aren't as good the second time around, but fingers crossed I've found my forever hair guru!

Ellie is funny and super high energy. I was a little scared as it was my first time going with Elli, and as many of you all know, only because the title displays hairstylist doesn’t mean they are lol.. I really enjoyed my time with her and her suggestions. I came in with really bad damaged hair due to coloring and needed to chop it off. Leaving with health hair which I am loving 🥰. Will definitely come back. FYI- Elli did NOT do my color- just my cut..

I was recently in downtown San Diego waiting on an expedited passport renewal for a business trip to Vancouver the next day. Since I had to stay nearby until my passport was printed, I decided to try get my haircut in preparation for my trip. I located Elli via Yelp and Google. Since her studio was nearby and highly rated, I reached out for a last-minute appointment. She called me back immediately and fit me in for a haircut and style within 15 minutes. It was kismet. She was extremely cordial, friendly, professional and affordable... my hair turned out great. So glad we crossed paths!

Love Elli and what she does with my hair. She washed, cut, and blew my hair out in an hour. Easy to chat with and I loved my hair! Will definitely be coming back and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a reasonably priced haircut that looks fabulous. Elli is also super flexible and got me in last minute. Great communicator which is always appreciated! Plenty of parking spots in the few blocks around.

Elli is excellent. I have been to other salons but Elli is the best. She listens and has the skills as well. I winter in San Diego and also live on the East Coast. She matched my color perfectly and cut my layered curly hair. The gloss applied to my hair made it feel much healthier. Elli is open six days per week and appts are easily made. The shop is clean, comfortable and Elli will go out of her way to do your hair the way you want.
