I have only had my nails done here, but Jess was STELLAR! My nails always look better than what I hoped for, Jess always does an amazing job. Love the decor of her space and the good vibes Jess always brings! She is so professional and amazing!!

Honestly had one of the best facials ever! The spa is clean, modern and beautiful. Staff was so nice and professional. I felt so relaxed and taken care of the entire time. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been going to Jess for my nails for the past 6 months and she’s an absolute PRO! I trust her to bring any and all visions I have for my nails to life. She’s a fantastic nail tech and an even better human. Highly recommend her all of your nail needs.

Absolutely lovely place. Very welcoming the moment you walk in the door and equally tranquil. Kaitlyn is a remarkable masseuse (I had a very relaxing 1:15 massage). My wife also LOVED the facial and brow tint she recently had. We're already booked for future services and are VERY grateful to have such a wonderful spa in Gaslight Clifton. Go pamper yourself the right way at Elora!!

Extremely accomodating., We experienced an error in scheduling and the owner gave us a discount. The services were absolutely Amazing! I would absolutely recommend them. Actually I'm going to book my mother and aunt with me next time.

I had the most amazing experience with my eyelash lift and tint! I had one done elsewhere before, and it didn’t even compare to the results I got here. Kaitlyn, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of their services based on my questions. The attention to detail and care she provided made all the difference. I love supporting this small, woman-owned business and can’t wait to go back for more services. Highly recommend!

I loved every minute of my massage treatment from the moment I walked in the door. Kaitlyn was there to greet and did a thorough review of my needs. The actual massage was wonderful with great pressure and technique. The spa is beautifully appointed and made me very relaxed in every way. I hope everyone gets the Elora Experience for themselves.

I recently had an incredible facial at Elora and I can’t recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was soothing, and the staff made me feel completely relaxed. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable, customizing the treatment to my skin type and explaining each step along the way. My skin has never felt so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. The entire experience was luxurious, and I could tell they really care about their clients' skincare needs. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

My mom got a massage here and she said it was like being in heaven getting touched by an angel LOL! With that I had to check it out and I had a facial done which I was very pleased with the whole experience, the woman was very sweet and I left this place feeling pampered and blissed out! Angels indeed LOL!

She was very professional, responsive to my requests, and took care to assure that I was comfortable with the experience. The treatment room and entire establishment are attractive and comfortable. listen up yall. THIS IS THE PLACE . it is ridiculously clean , the ambiance is amazing from the decor to the professionalism of the staff. As a man I was a little nervous about going to get a massage and other self care stuff never having done that or wanting to be looked at weird. the staff was incredible offered me a cold water and asked lots of questions. I left with awesome looking eyebrows and back pain that I i didn't think could be helped wiped away. Definitely. Try this new business out. 10/10 can't wait to come back.

My experience for my first time facial was amazing. I was greeted promptly and my appointment began immediately. I was offered water and coffee as soon as I walked in. Lauren was so sweet and considerate and made my first facial the best experience. She moved at a slow pace to not overwhelm me and explained every service she was preforming on me before she did it, and asked for my approval before doing anything. My skin feels amazing, I wish it could always feel this way. Kait is a wonderful owner and operator and has an amazing business with success in her future.

This spa is great for a facial treatment. Lauren was friendly, professional , and very helpful. She recommended a few products to help with my skin issue and took time to explain them. They use natural products which made me skin feel so soft. I will definitely be back and I will tell all My friends to check them out!
