Elyse has been coloring and cutting my hair for over 2 years now and she truly is my favorite hairstylist I’ve ever had. She takes the time to walk through the service to make sure we are on the same page and is very thorough with her work. Every time I leave her salon, my hair looks glossy and healthy. Not only is she talented with her work, she has a warm and fun personality which makes the appointments enjoyable. I trust her fully with my hair and I would absolutely recommend Elyse for any of your hair needs!

Elyse is such a kind and incredibly talented hair stylist! She gave me a very detailed hair cut, took the time to cut out so many split ends and gave my very thin hair these gorgeous long layers that brought so much life and volume back to my hair. She also gives the best blow outs! I left her salon feeling more feminine and beautiful than I’ve felt in a really long time. Not only is she a phenomenal stylist, but she is an incredibly kind and hilarious woman who creates such a fun experience in the chair. She has a new life long client in me!

Elyse is a hair goddess! Every time I leave her chair my hair looks soooo good I can't believe it's mine! She is the full package - her personality fun and vibrant, she's an absolute artist with coloring hair, gives the most flattering haircuts, and wait until you feel her scalp massage. Anyways, do yourself a favor a book with Elyse - coming from the most picky, OCD client ever!! Also a huge plus for caring about the integrity and health of hair - so crucial especially for us blondes!

Excellent experience at Elyse's salon! I'd not been to a salon in a while and had grown out my dreadlocks. I was looking to get a shorter cut and bleach, and didn't have a super clear image in mind, but Elyse totally helped clear it up. The cut was better than I'd hoped for! I'll probably have to switch to Elyse over my normal barber. I was going from long dreadlocks, and it's kinda tough to get to a nice, shorter cut, but there was no issue getting there. Elyse asked great questions, made great suggestions, and knew exactly what she was doing. During the whole bleaching process, I was super comfortable! It was my first time getting my hair proper bleached, so I was curious going into it, but I was left completely assured, along with Elyse being very aware of the process overall and how I might be feeling in regards to whether the bleach by my scalp might be to tingly or might hurt. All went well and I was very comfortable. It came out really nice; the shade/tone is better than I imagined and goes well with my skintone. Beyond that, Elyse is super nice, and you'll have great conversation. She creates a great atmosphere and will make sure you have a great experience overall. Her studio itself is also really cool and aesthetically pleasing!

As someone who recently moved from NYC, I was quite apprehensive about trying out a new stylist. However, I’m thrilled to say that my experience with Elyse exceeded my expectations! Elyse has been my hair stylist since a few years now, and she helped me not just on different cuts but also helped me fix my damaged and dry hair. I highly recommend that you give it a try. Elyse is amazing. I had not cut my hair in years and she did a full makeover on me from a haircut to balayage to a complete hair color and I loved it. She is very knowledgeable and knows what she is doing and I would never think about going to anyone else to do my hair.

I first met Elyse at her previous salon. She gives the most perfect haircuts. I’m always weary of getting a haircut, because it never turns out as per my expectations, but Elyse never disappoints. I found out about Elyse through a friend who couldn’t stop singing praises of her, so decided to take a break from my previous hairdresser (who I’ve been going to for years and absolutely love too!) and check her out. Yesterday was the second time this year that I went to Elyse, and now I’m that friend. I cant stop singing praises of this woman now! 😅 I have really thick, heavy, frizzy hair in general. So, reducing the crazy weight is always a priority! And to do that, while maintaining volume, shine and shape is hard work!! I have always been anxious about trying new stylists, after some sub-optimal experiences in the past - but.. I’m SO glad I made the decision to see Elyse! My hair has never looked prettier, healthier and shinier!! I don’t know what magic she works into my hair, but it feels so much lighter, has gorgeous volume and does not tend to lie stubbornly flat on my scalp any more! Also, I don’t know how she does it - but her curling skills are godly!! 😍 On top of all that skill and knowledge, Elyse is such a great listener!! She patiently hears me out each time, somehow understands exactly what I want and creates magic!! Elyse is the best hairstylist I’ve ever had. She really takes time to understand my hair and its needs, almost to the point where she knows my hair better than me! My most favorite haircuts have been when I tell Elyse, “whatever you think is best.” On top of the fabulous haircuts, the shop is cute, clean and very welcoming. Elyse is so kind and always makes me feel welcome in her space.

Elyse is the best! I got a haircut from her and absolutely loved it. She took the time to talk to me about what I was looking for and what would work with my hair texture. I felt she was very knowledgable and appreciated that she didn't rush and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. She also recommended that I do a K18 mask for my hair. I am hooked on the masks and do them all the time for my hair now. I've definitely noticed my hair breaks less and I don't get split ends as quickly as I used to. In addition to being a fantastic stylist she is also so fun and an absolute delight to talk to. I felt like the appointment time flew by and will definitely be returning to see her again!

Elyse, she works wonders for your hair. She really listens to what you want and gives suggestions that make the end result better than what you could have expected. I went from having pretty long hair to wanting to chop off a good chunk, because that had been my style for quite a while and it was time for a change (also my balayage was growing out and my ends were pretty dead). I asked Elyse if the haircut I was envisioning would even look good on me, and left it up to her on how to frame and structure the cut. I honestly was a bit scared to make the jump because my last short haircut left me looking like a mushroom but when Elyse was done with my cut, I was obsessed and could not get over it. When I surprised my boyfriend with the haircut, he LOVED it too. Elyse is great at what she does, and I loved talking to her throughout the process. she made me feel like a queen and if I was ever back in Seattle, i would go to her salon in a heartbeat! 🫶🏼 I added some before and after photos for reference :-)

I drive from Tacoma to Seattle because I’m too attached to Elyse. Her new location within Mosaic has great options for parking around. It’s nice it is just you and her for a relaxing atmosphere and she’s keen on making you feel comfortable. She’s taken my lifeless, oily postpartum hair and transformed it to the healthiest hair I’ve had in years - even through all the fun colors we’ve done!

I love Elyse! I first met her at her previous hair salon and when I found out that she left, I called the hair salon to find her. She has always done a great job listening to what I’m looking for and translating it into a look that fits for me. She also never tries to upsell me on hair products (which a lot of people do). On top of that, she has an amazingly personable personality and is so fun to be around. She’s the first hair stylist I’ve actually stuck with in Seattle.

Not only is Elyse fun to spend time with while getting your service done, she is also extremely talented at what she does. The BEST hair stylist I’ve had in my 27yrs of living. I don’t live in her state anymore but I’ve seriously considered buying a plane ticket for Elyse to cut my hair. Her technique and talents are extremely impressive. She knew exactly what to do for my waves to have more room without ruining the texture of my hair. Her layers are unbelievable. She makes the time in her chair fun and not something you have to stress over. Very relaxing experience and you walk out feeling like a million bucks (I know that’s cheesy but it’s so true it’s unreal)
