Booked an appointment online for my daughter for homecoming, Saturday at 430 with Mandie. Paid a deposit online to secure the appointment. Arived 15 mins early and they are closed. Wow. What an incredible letdown for my daughter. Bad business.

I brought my 2 girls here for prom and made a last minute reservation. They did an excellent job!!! All they needed to know was what the girls wanted and they were rockstars!!!! My girls looked sooo damn beautiful!!!

zero stars if I could. Cute place when you look at it but this is a very MESSY, drama filled establishment. Came in for a haircut and there was a lot of crap talked about CUSTOMERS AND previous employees. Which is fine, I can mind my business but in whose right mind would come here if you’re going to be sh** talked about to the next clients. made me uncomfortable.

A lovely sweet stylist. She should NOT be on the floor yet. I spent over 225.00 on something I could've done at home for 7.00. No strike against the stylist. She did the very best she could. She just was not anywhere near ready. That is management's fault. I was a walk-in. Spent almost 6 hours for a very poorly done color job that had blocks of bleached hair instead of highlights. There was no explanation on alternatives from the stylist who said she understood what I wanted. I was very specific. She did what she could to recover after I explained that this would NOT work. Absolutely NOT worth the money or the time. I will not return. Even if the stylist rents the chair, they are still representing the company. Very, very dissapointed!

I have been going to Embellish Salon & Spa since they opened, beautiful salon, very welcoming environment. I have had the same haircut and color for years, one day i said ok time for a change I left it up to Mandy on what color and cut, now not too many people would say do what you want to you hair stylist but i have seen Mandys work and trusted her wholeheartedly and have been going back ever since, went in today and once again not disappointed she did an amazing job!

I got highlights done here. The highlights were very badly blended. The color was inconsistent and there were large patches of my hair that were my dark natural color and not highlighted at all. When I came back to get it fixed they also charged me an additional price to fix it even though they messed it up to begin with. I wouldn’t recommend this salon. Also In response to the salon owner. No she never discussed teasy lights with me she just did them. You can see in my photos how badly blended it is. I was very nice and I still tipped her well as you said because I appreciated her time but that doesn’t mean they looked good. I didn’t see my roots until after I left and respectfully asked her to fix them. I told her my color looked good but that wasn’t the problem. Clearly your photos don’t show my roots for a reason. And the “picture I posted” also didn’t show my roots. Your response is very unprofessional and passive aggressive.

I have never had a massage and was extremely nervous. However, the lighting, music, fragrance, and overall ambience of the room made it extremely easy for me to relax! I can’t forget to mention Sarah, who was amazing. Her voice was calm and welcoming, and I felt safe and secure even though I was in an unfamiliar situation. Truly a great experience and I would recommend this service to anyone who needs time to unwind or decompress. Thank you!

The only reason I came to this salon was for Jenna. She always did a FANTASTIC job, I’ve been her client for 4 years and refuse to go to anyone else. All of the girls there were so friendly and great, besides the owner. The fact that everytime I went there, the manager always was talking bad about other stylists to her clients, super unprofessional. Would not recommend spending your money on a salon who doesn’t respect their hairstylists. If you do go, Make sure you tip the girls well because she doesn’t pay them what they deserve ! EDIT: since she won’t let me reply. I’m not slandering. And my math does add up. Jena has been my stylist for 4 years, and was throughout her high school career as well. Its as simple as she’s super unprofessional, look at all of her replies to the one star reviews. They’re all bad, she doesn’t do anything to help her customers when something goes bad. She’s been harassing Jena and also my nail tech who also worked there. You’re a terrible business owner. Accept it, and this is MY opinion
