I am a 20year plumber and it is critical for me to look after my body. Ali is exactly what I have needed with lower back, shoulder, elbow, muscle, tiredness and aches. Cannot stress enough how valuable and lasting the effects are from 90 mins of deep tissue massage!!!! Ali is highly recommended.

I have had two appointments with Ali. She is sensitive to client needs and sore areas, applying the right touch and technique to the area. She also has a really nice table to help keep clients, especially women, feel very comfortable. As a former LMT myself, I highly recommend Ali!

Ali is friendly, professional and my massage was exactly what I needed! The booking and appointment process was easy. She inquired at the start what I was looking for and checked in to make sure the pressure wasn't too light or harsh. I loved the hot stones and aromatherapy! I have a regular therapist who has been talking about moving so Ali will definitely be my backup should that happen! Thank you.

Ali is awesome. She listened to my needs and explained what she was going to do. Her demeanor is very kind and calming, and I had a wonderful experience there. I highly recommend her. **Updated 3-8-22** I had another visit with Ali today. The session was as wonderful as the first! She is very nice, and just seems to know what areas to home in on, as she does her work. I definitely will be returning! Thank you so much, Ali! Update 12-28-23 I’ve seen Ali over a dozen times now, and she knows her craft. I have neck pain that radiates to my shoulder blade, and her skilled hands give me relief every time! She truly cares about what you need and works diligently to help you. I don’t live in her state, but make it a point to see her when I am visiting (which, thankfully, is often). Go Ali.

Emerge Massage is the best! I have lived many places and gone to many therapists, and Ali is at the top of the list. Her intuitive way of finding the issues is mesmerizing. She is kind, attentive, and really and truly cares about her clients. Ali adds all the little comforting extras and perfectly matched my needs. And besides that, she is a fantastic human!!!!! Update Sept 2023 - Went to Ali with a chronic spasm that causes a lot of pain. she carefully and expertly removed it. I trust her and am very grateful for her kindness, brilliance and deep caring. Had an amazingly relaxing experience. Having my first massage, I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time Ali was attentive to the areas I had the most tension and provided the right amount of pressure the entire time.

I will try to make this shortish but there is a lot to say. I am recently medically retired Army and I have my fare share of issues. Just over a year ago I severely hurt my shoulder in combination with 5 disk in my back. That’s two of the many issues, well I was starting to feel I never really be able to lift again like I use to and then I met Ali. I have been going to her for over a year and she has changed my life. I am doing things I haven’t done in years. She isn’t a cookie cutter therapist she understands the body and how to best attack your issue through conversations and feeling. It’s always different and I will never go to anyone else.

I'm a long time CPT. I've been getting massages throughout my entire career from some of the best in the industry. That being said, I'm fairly new (3yrs) to Colorado Springs and had not found a good masseuse yet that I want to go back to until I came to Emerge Massage. I arrived dealing with an increasingly tight shoulder/trap. Natural I was skeptical as Colorado Springs is severely lacking great talent in this industry but Ali sat me down, asked the right questions to understand the situation and gave great recommendations on what she can do. She used aromatherapy, hot stones and cupping combined with very good pressure and technique. Even the room had a great ambience to relax in so the work can be performed flawlessly! To my happy surprise after one session, some good rest and 24hrs later I'm pain-free once again with full mobility thanks to the talented hands at Emerge Massage.🤙🏿 I'm sold and have already booked my appointment! Ali at Emerge Massage is wonderful.. if you are in need of a great massage therapist look no further!! First off her space is very inviting.. making you feel peaceful and relaxed going into your massage! Now I've been to many different massage therapists and many in the past haven't truly listened to what I actually was looking for.. now that doesn't mean that she only worked one area no.. she understood where the pain was coming from releasing tension in underlying causes.. truly addressing the real problem.. amazing!! She also is very attentive with the pressure... I was looking for a deep tissue and she knew when I was looking for little more pressure and asked.. she could tell when I made the slightest wince to back off.. very intuitive and communicative She even offers complimentary cbd balm and hot stone... definitely opt in for that.. it feels great!!

Ali is amazing!!! My fiance and I went to see her and from the minute we walked through the door we were in great hands. Ali is so warm and inviting and has everything you could need, from filtered water to complimentary cbd balm for your massage- and trust me, you need that in your life! The space is beautiful and calming with plants everywhere and beautiful artwork. Everything was very clean and I saw her sanitize everything she used between our massages and noticed she had clean sets of sheets for each person she worked on. The massage itself was magic. Heated table, warm towels, hot stones, aromatherapy and that amazing cbd treatment- she does EVERYTHING so well. I did a full body massage and went in with some soreness in my neck and lower back but left with absolutely no pain! She is very intuitive with her pressure and did a great job checking in to make sure I was warm enough, getting the right pressure, and comfortable. My only problem is that it ended! Thank you so much Ali, we'll definitely be back!!!

My husband and I schedule a massage monthly with Ali. She is definitely amazing. You can opt in for hot stone and essential oils. Here massage table is adjustable so if it’s uncomfortable laying on your chest it can adjust. It also heats up. Everything is just amazing.

I walked into Ali's studio exhausted and sore from a long year of working two full time jobs. I walked out of Emerge Massage feeling so relaxed that I took the entire day off of work so I wouldn't undo her magic. I’ve never had a massage before today and Ali was so amazing and walked me through the process! She had essential oils for me to relax, hot stones and hot towels. I haven’t been able to move my neck in two months, and after going to her I was able to fully turn my head to the left! She’s the best!
