My best friend and I went for massages today at River Spirit Emerge and it was soooo relaxing! Megan did a FABULOUS job and I will absolutely request her for next time!! I love going to emerge riverspirit!! Staff is super sweet and amenities are my favorite!

My friends and I were here on July 27, 2024 for a very anticipated bachelorette trip. I had a massage booked along with the bride and we were taken to a waiting room where the bride was then escorted to her massage. I waited for 15 minutes before going to the front desk to ask if I was in the right spot. They told me to wait by the lounge chairs. An hour passes and the bride comes out and asks how my massage was but I had to tell her I never got it. We also had pedicures booked but they somehow failed to book the pedicure for the bride. The hot water didn’t work in the shower, the sauna was like self serve you have to operate it yourself, there were no towels in the whirlpool area. Suzanne was very unprofessional and went to essentially tattle to the rest of the party that I was upset over not getting a massage. Needless to say, we will not be back. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told she would call later but I had to pay now which I refused until she brought in a manager. Very unprofessional service and it wrecked our experience that we had been really looking forward to for months.

Took my mom here for a massage great massages terrible receptionist. Not very friendly. Rude to several people… including my mom and me. Amenities were nice. Was disappointed the only drink was water.

Womens side has the only hot tub available fer use. Receptionist and also the manager lied about deals and specials in a brochure mailed to me and even varified online. I've been twice and no massage therapist was available either time. They decided to close the spa early that day also when it was scheduled to be open for a few more hours after my arrival. Very unprofessional and rude. They would not honor a birthday promotional I was given as well. Definitely recommend avoiding this place, especially if your goal is feelin better..

I booked two spa packages so I could enjoy a relaxing spa day with my best friend before my wedding. I was called 2 days before the appointment informing me they needed to change my appointment time (which would have been fine) - but the employee who took my reservation never actually made two appointments for me and my friend and they couldn't accommodate us at a time that worked with my schedule. Put a damper to the start of my wedding week, since I had to scramble at the last minute.

I’ve been getting massages with emerge for awhile now. I’m a hairstylist, i own my own business, i also have a cancellation policy of my own. I called to cancel my appointment last minute, to take my not even 3 month old son to the emergency room for the 3rd time in the past 2 and a half weeks and he is now being admitted for the 2nd time with pneumonia. That’s not their problem, BUT when I called to tell explain the lady immediately said ok well you have to pay a cancellation fee I need your card info i said i couldn’t get to it at the moment and she said well is your card on file? I said I’m pretty sure but i need to get off the phone my son can barely breathe I do not care about paying the cancellation fee, what I care about is that i just told you I’m taking my son to the emergency because his breathing isn’t great. I called bc like i said I’m a business owner and i hate no shows. When you book, you put a card on file. I’m just frustrated and think it was very rude. Not the greatest customer service. They’re never nice when I’m in, but this definitely just did it in for me. My massages have all been amazing but the customer service could definitely get better. I won’t be back.

This was my first visit to this emerge location and I will say it did not disappoint. Went to Shaleena for a facial and she was beyond amazing. I will say that if you frequent other emerge locations just know that there is a difference in pricing here, particularly over the weekend which would have been nice to know. Diamond glow glowy tho. Thanks shaleena, I'll be back!

Went with a friend for a spa day. We enjoyed massages, facials and pedicures. Enjoyed the Steam Room, Sauna and Whirlpool. It was amazing.

Worth the splurge. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I was a guest at the hotel and booked in advance a massage, an exfoliating sugar scrub and a facial. Quite an extravagance for me,,,however,,,,it was all worth every penny! All staff, from the front desk personnel to the attendants, to the massage therapist and the esthetician were wonderful. Made me feel very welcome in an environment I am definitely not accustom to. Beautiful space as well, locker rooms, waiting areas, dressing areas, sauna, steam and whirlpool. This has it all and you will not want to leave! A big thank you to EVERYONE there who made my day :-)

I get massages regularly and like to experience spas whenever we travel. Did a quick trip to Tulsa for a weekend getaway. My first time visiting Emerge Spa. It did not disappoint. I booked a massage with Aubrey. She was excellent. Highly recommend. Thank you Aubrey!

Women's area is very luxurious and, along with the steam room and sauna, it has a whirlpool/hot tub. Massage was very relaxing.

Jamie does my hair at the salon. She is so friendly and cuts my hair exactly how I want. There is a view of the Margaritaville pool so you can people watch, listen to music and get a hair cut and style. I usually end up paying at $75 dollars for that service evey few months and it is worth it.
