I met Erin for a haircut on New Year’s Eve. She was very patient and helpful, discussing all the pros and cons of certain haircuts. She took her time figuring out my hair texture and what would work best for me. I left the salon looking great! Thanks, Erin.

Erin did such an excellent job on my haircut. I've been skeptical about getting my haircut after several bad experiences, but Erin was so friendly and open to listening to what I wanted. She was also open to giving her suggestions as to what would be best for my hair. I would highly recommend going to Erin!

As a guy who has always had short hair, I recently decided to try growing it out for the first time and was feeling a bit lost about my hair when I walked into the salon about a month ago for my first appointment with ERIN. From the moment I sat down, Erin made the experience enjoyable and informative. We started with a friendly conversation about my hair and potential hair goals—something I hadn’t even considered before. Erin took the time to explain different styling options and maintenance tips, which was incredibly helpful. Her approach was both fun and educational, and her sense of humor made the whole experience even better. Erin’s expertise and enthusiasm left me feeling much more confident about my new look. By the end of the appointment, I felt like I had a solid plan for my hair and was excited about the journey ahead. Erin is wonderful, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great stylist!

Erin was friendly, timely, and professional. I wear hijab so going to salon with private room guaranteed privacy and made me feel comfortable. She offered me a drink as well, very hospitable. As for haircut, I could tell she is experienced and did exactly what I asked. I am sure if you brought idea or photos she could re create as well. Thanks for a relaxing haircut 💇‍♀️

For over a year now, I have had the pleasure of visiting this salon, and I couldn't be happier with my experiences. From the moment you walk in, you are immediately greeted with a cozy atmosphere that puts you at ease. The salon's decor is chic and inviting, making it the perfect space to relax and unwind. Erin is incredibly skilled and attentive, taking the time to listen to exactly what you want and offers helpful suggestions. The haircut itself is always flawless, exceeding my expectations in every way. I can't recommend this place highly enough – five stars all around!

Erin has been my hair stylist here for a few years! She’s awesome & the salon itself is so cozy. She’s great at answering questions & making suggestions when I need help on deciding what to get done to my hair. I’ve always been the type to not talk much when I’m getting anything done, but she’s so nice & easy to talk to!!

I don't typically write reviews, and I didn't want to because Erin is such a nice person but I wasn't happy with the services I received. Erin was watching TV my entire haircut and kept reverifying with me what I wanted. She was extremely distracted. I asked for a cut right above my shoulders, one length with curtain bags. My entire head is uneven. My front pieces are way too long compared to the back. The left side of my front framing pieces are longer than the right side. I sort of noticed while at the salon that my bangs were uneven and we fixed that (sort of) but she blew my hair under so I couldn't really see how uneven it was on the sides and the back of my head until I styled it myself. Update: it’s been over a year and I am still trying to get my hair even at appointments while growing it out.

One of the best haircuts ever. She did a very good job and I wanted short short and I told her do what she wants she’s the professional and it came out great, she took her time and I would highly recommend her. Thank you Erin I’m so pleased.

Erin is excellent at what she does. This is my 2nd visit to EMS Salons for hair cut and had an amazing experience both times. She is very professional and friendly. Understands our requirement and gets the perfect result. I highly recommend her. And I love her salon too, hygienic and has a good vibe. :)

Erin is absolutely amazing. She is very professional. After her trim I don't need to do anything with my hair, even after few weeks it looks like freshly cut. She picks the color which matches my skin perfectly. She is the best hair stylist I've ever had. Highly recommend. Thank you Erin.

Erin, the owner, was absolutely amazing and took great care of me and my hair. The location is beautiful, they have really made the place feel so simultaneously upscale and personal. Erin herself was very patient with all of my thousands of questions (it’s been so long since i’ve gotten my hair professionally done) and gave me GREAT advice. I struggled to describe exactly what I was envisioning for my new haircut, but she still managed to pull off exactly what I wanted. She was also extremely personable, made me feel super comfortable in her chair, and showed great passion for her work. I will, without a doubt, be returning to her salon and recommending everyone I can to go to her!

First timer and now I will be a return client. She and I talked about what I wanted to do with my hair and she started cutting. Let me tell you this is truly the first time I don't feel like I have to rush home and fix it. Erin is fantastic. If you're looking for a quiet and comfortable atmosphere with a great hairdresser then this is the place for you.

I went in with really long hair from almost two years not expecting how it would turn out after the hair cut, I am glad I came here because there was good amount of discussion all through out to make sure I was understanding what was being planned.
