I absolutely love the techs at Em Lash. Their technique is flawless. The atmosphere in the studio is so relaxing - no chaos. They are really good at scheduling just enough people so you don’t feel like there is a crowd. I highly recommend them - my lashes usually last 3 or 4 weeks if I do my part to take care of them. I go in for refills every two weeks, hybrid volume.

I am extremely particular about service and attention to detail for cosmetic services, and so is the staff here at Emlash. Beautiful salon with exemplary service AND BEAUTIFUL LASHES. Every representative is friendly and knowledgeable of their position. I typically get a flirty, full look, that is carried out well every 2-3 weeks for a full. I have been coming here for years now, and have never left upset. 10/10 every time.

I don’t get my lashes done religiously, but when I do it’s mostly for special occasions. I’ve been coming to this salon for a couple years now and I have been very happy with the results. But this time, I was surprised as to why my lashes didn’t turn out the same. Perhaps it was because they were glued to 3 lashes or 2 lashes together. I think that’s just laziness on the artist’s part. It wasn’t just one lash, it was several of them

Everytime I come to EmLash they are always welcoming with the best customer service. I’ve tried other lash studios before, but nothing beats the quality of lashes that I get from EmLash. I never have problems with irritation or discomfort. Highly recommend!!

I had an amazing experience with Emlash. In beginning there was a slight misunderstanding on my side regarding my appointment but Amy was such a sweetheart and so accommodating. The place it self was very clean and with no wait time Amy did my lashes and results were fabulous. Def my go to lash place.

I purchased a Groupon to try for the first time. I was a bit nervous about it but I was immediately put to easy by the friendly staff. The super comfortable recliner was completely befitting for a nap. The entire install took about 1.5 hours which did not feel like it because I was so relaxed. The Katy location is clean and has beautiful chandeliers that create a luxurious spa feel. The prices are also affordable even without the Groupon. I would definitely recommend Emlash for your next eyelash extensions and I am getting ready to schedule my next appt! Jenni did a fabulous job, book with her for an exceptional experience!

Not only do I come here to see Jenny every 2 weeks but I have also recommended others and they also have been happy with their lashes. I get complimented on my lashes all the time and I always send them to Jenny here at Emlash in Katy. Also she really takes care of my natural lash! If there is a particular look I am going for but it may impact my natural lash, she will let me know and together we figure out how we can accomplish the look while keeping the health of my lash, or perhaps I just need more time to grow a stronger lash in a few weeks. I'm perfectly fine with that.... anything to keep my natural lashes HEALTHY! Also the gentleman that takes appointments over the phone is so kind, accommodating and he goes above and beyond to help. I get a text and an email to confirm my appointment, he's super professional and his customer service is top tier. I have been here since they've opened and will continue to come to Emlash in Katy on Morton Ranch!

I have been coming here for years and never experienced a problem until recently when the tech was extremely careless during the time of my install. One eye clearly looked fuller than the other, and during the install she was pulling my actual lashes. I called and they offered for me to come back, but when I did I was literally traumatized by the woman who did the work initially and another lady who was supposed to fix my lashes talking about me in another language bc I came back to have them fixed. The guy who answers the phone said he would call me in a few days to reschedule for another time and never called me back, which is the reason why I am leaving this review. Please beware and ask questions. I paid full price for messed up lashes with no follow up from the company... go elsewhere too many options for eyelashes.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! The let me schedule a fill appointment then told me I needed a full when I got to my appointment ONLY TO TRY TO PUT NEW LASHES ON TOP OF MY OLD LASHES!! THEY TRIED TO SCAM ME! DONT COME TO THIS PLACE!

I’ve been going to Emlash for over 3 years now. I go every other week like clock work and leave a good tip. Jennifer Do does an awesome job and she is fast. I look like a movie star every time I leave.

Esther was amazing at explaining the whole process as this was my first time doing lash extensions. She ensures that i got the correct length and volume to be comfortable with my new look. The place is very welcoming, the reclining seats are sooooo comfortable which makes the time pass quickly- I fell asleep in the chair while she was working. I'm very pleased with their work and will be back.

I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to go to this place. One of he technicians continued to applying lashes after I told her how much my eyes were burning. She said it would go away. Well 7 days later, three doctors appointments and another one today, three different eye drops and a eye lubricant. I'm still suffering from a condition the owner of Emlash tried to make my fault.
