I got a Blowout here for the first time in 6 years but also the first time since I’ve done “the big chop”. My fro is about 3-4 inches; it’s very damaged and needed sever help. I was very surprised these ladies were able to stretch my hair so easily. And most of all they were not rude or rough with my hair at all. They know how to work with all types of hair and that IS NOT easy to find here in Charlotte. 10/10! 5 stars! Great work and I can’t wait to return! Oh yes the price! All that work for less than 70 shocked me! Affordable hair maintenance and great service from REAL hairstylists!

I had a very good experience at Emory Dominican Salon. My hair was a mess and she was able to help me and she did an AMAZING job! I would highly recommend!!!!!

Called today hoping I get an appointment same day, when I called the owner she told me I can come in around 6. Very nice lady , made me feel comfortable, and very friendly. Owner talks very politely and was very social. I love a hairstylist that talks to me and engage with me. I felt so beautiful leaving and my hair felt flowy and amazing 🤩 10/10 will come again ♥️ fyi I am African American, with a perm and got the best treatment

I called on a Sunday trying to test my luck as I needed to take my braids out! The owner came in on her day off and provided top notch service. I was in and out in 1.5 hours with my hair looking and feeling great! I will return as it was fast and convenient.

I just so happened to run across Emory Dominican Salon while looking for somewhere to get my hair done and let me just say…I’m so glad I did. I have quite a bit of hair and I always worry I’ll be in so long I won’t get to see my kids grow up or I’ll have to dip into my 401K to be able to afford it but that was not the case at all! If you’re looking for quality hair care on this side of Charlotte…Emory’s is your place.

I loved my service once it was completed I got a sew in with style and they washed me too! Very affordable and they’re quick with service as well! Left feeling very cutesy and very demure 🥰😍

I was able to get a squeeze in appointment last minute for a keratin treatment. This was my first time here at the shop and I had an amazing experience. I had the chance to sit in the owners chair and she did a 10/10 on my hair. She was both very nice and fast. Highly recommend.

I've been doing Keratin treatment for probably 15 years in NY...I was a bit skeptical being a NY transplant BUT Nurys (sp) did her thing! She knows hair...how to manage it and gave great advice on how to keep it up. I will definitely be back in 6 weeks to get this mane under control! I officially have a new hair dresser! On a side note....she trimmed my ends, asked for long layers and she delivered!
