Cicely is an absolute pleasure to work with, she understands your hair needs and is truly a professional at what she does. She was recommended by a long time friend and my entire family went and got hair cuts and their hair styled and everyone loved it (my wife, daughter and son got haircuts and their hair styled, I got a haircut and a beard trim). She even recommended how to manage your hair and what products to use. She is also very easy to chat with, after going there once we feel like we've known her for years, she's very sweet, kind, welcoming and listens attentively with interest. I would highly recommend her services to anyone.

This was my first time coming to Empire. Cicely did an awesome job with my girls. She talked to them and made sure they were comfortable the entire time. This was their first silk press. They were very pleased with their service. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer.

Look no further because Cicely is going to be your hair Stylist from now on once you go to her for the first time. Not only is she talented and has a nice personality she is a great listener too. I got my brows done, a wash/ cut and a nice hair mask. On top of that I got a scalp massage, plus a back massage on her massage chair as she was washing my hair. It's like a hair salon/ mini spa/ therapy session all in one because she actually cares about you. My hair feels AMAZING and she did the exact cut I was looking for. I am super pleased. Ok I am not kidding when I say that this is the best anyone has ever done my hair. Cicely is so nice and fun. She asks many questions about how you want your hair and executed it PERFECTLY. Cicely is a sweet angel 🩵 and miracle worker. I know her for a bit more than I year now and it was my first time going to her because I was letting my hair grow from a bad haircut. I told her I will go to her when I was ready and I did. I am in awe of her amazing work. Not everyone knows to cut my curl texture. She just gave me the best cut I have had in years 🥹 my movement is back and even the color looks so much better with that cut and style. My curls are perfect now!!! She is the best!!! I recommend her 100%

Cicely is not only a goddess in real life, gracing you with her presence, but an actual magician. I came to her with a huge hair disaster, a situation I felt hopeless with. I had been dying my hair by myself for years and it basically had gotten to the point of no return. I don’t even know how she did it, but she not only made my hair look healthier than it has been in years, but she made me look red carpet ready. The texture of my hair is even different! Not only did she completely transform my hair, but she has a heart of gold, a jovial personality and a sense of humor that will have you in stitches the entire time you are with her. If I could give a 10/5 I would. Cecile is the real deal. She took the first 15 min of the appointment to understand my mother’s wants and needs before starting with the coloring process. She has curated an ambiance of comfort and fearless self expression through your hair. Even helping myself to understand what’s going on with my hair. I 1000% recommend.
