They are unprofessional i asked for ash blonde they made my hair as orange brown and all of them said no its good next day i found my hair ends look like burned and the color was horrible i went to them back the manger was disrespected for me he said I can't make it will do darker this the only thing I can do I still have orange color and with very bad experience and attitude from the workers. 😞

Do not recommend !! I asked for a simple trim with no layers. When she finished I saw my hair, it was very uneven. I decided to leave and went to another hair salon for them to fix it. They also demanded a tip.

horrible experience, i kept having to tell the hairdresser how to do my hair. he kept pulling on my hair & i left with the worst headache. my hair smells extremely burnt as well..

I had the worst experience The lady offered to do my eyebrows and burnt them. Instead of apologizing she made racist remarks and said I was very hairy because I'm Spanish. She then proceeded to laugh at me and talk about me in her language

Fui en dos ocasiones y en ambas prestaron un servicio muy poco profesional, desde que ingresa uno, se nota la falta de cortesía, y en el corte , lo hacen como si uno fuera un animal, cero profesionalismo , me quitaron los restos de mi cabello como cuando se está sacudiendo polvo con un trapo... Horrible

NO PIERDA DINERO Y TIEMPO AQUÍ ! Daría cero estrella si pudiera lamentablemente no me da esa opción. Los empleados de aquí son cero profesionales en todo sentido, le mostre una referencia como quería mi corte y me lo dejaro peor desde que entré al salón. Pague $25 por un mal corte , no pierda su dinero y tiempo en este lugar no lo recomiendo en absoluto.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The wait times are absolutely ridiculous and the staff doesn't acknowledge your presence (45 minutes). Then when you get ready to walk out they make comments about you being impatient. Never going back again.

On 5/17 I took my daughter to dye her hair for her 21st birthday. My daughter showed the owner Annie the color she wanted which was a light brown. The owner had a male employee do her hair. All he did was bleach her hair and did not put the color she wanted. My daughters hair was blonde we told him its not the color she wanted and he kept on saying it was the lighting. They Charged us 140 knowing it was not the color she wanted. We left my daughter cried walking just a block. I knew she wasn't happy I told her let's go back Im going to complain. When I explain to Annie my daughter is not happy her hair because it is nothing like the picture we showed. She walked quietly to go get the color my daughter ask for with out any questions, and put the correct color she ask for. so they charged us 140 dollars just to bleach my daughters hair I could have brought the bleach in the beauty supply store for 5 bucks. Very Very disgusted with what happen today. They talk there language and try to get over on customers. Annie fixed her hair but im sure she told him just bleach don't dye it thinking we would not see the difference and not complain. never never would I go here ever again. 140 to not do the color my daughter wanted. never again. I do not recommend this place to any one

I recently went to this salon and was very disappointed with my haircut . I requested for layers and showed him a picture of how I wanted it but they cut 70% of my hair. I also told him to be sure it looks something similar to the picture . I even told them I wanted layers . to give a refrence way you can search long layer haircut . The style thet did is bob cut and i did not want that and they charged me $40 for the damn cut that i didn't want . They are very rude and they asked if i wanted to tip them and i said no and they wouldn't let me leave so i ended up tipping them .

Horrible place, staff changed and this place went downhill. I came to see my mother and they turned her hair purple instead of a copper which her hair was already reddish. Then after they processed the hair and it looked like she had a horrible chemical burn that her hair looked thin. Then when I explained this isn’t what she wanted he began to put more hair dye on her hair that was already blown out and straighten to just damage it more. Then I was told a price because they quickly started on my hair when I sit down the price changes and gets more expensive. Disgusting behavior especially from the man in front never again will I come here. Place should close down.

I’m not sure why this business is still open or running. They are super rude and unprofessional on the top of that. They can’t blow dry hair they are not gentle with your hair at all. You ask them for a blow dry which they wanna charge you $25 and $35 with an iron. They just dry your hair brutally with the poorest techniques and skills in styling hair . And yet they have the balls to ask you for a tip with so much disrespect that the guy threw back the card at me when I refused to add a tip. walking out of the salon Literally my hair was blown out horribly and I actually have a nice hair! Imagine going to the salon to look in your best and you actually come out looking terrible 😢

Recent reviews are shocking 😳 this salon was my go to since my pre teen years. Was considering stopping by for a flat iron today. Will update. Updated review: Same great and timely service and styling (aside from the fact that they will directly ask you for tip if you even look at the door before tipping lol) sadly though, inflation has reached the salon. Wash, blow dry, trim used to cost me $28 here, costed me $60 today (plus tips). Go to salon may need to be replaced for the sake of the wallet. Definitely solid wash and blowdrying though, as a mixed woman.

They charged me $28 for my 5 year old to get her nails painted. No wash no cut no file (i asked for them not to). But $28 for just painting her nail with regular polish, that’s a bit much

Went there after 3 years. A lot of new faces at the salon. Did Japanese straightening. This salon is a bit cheaper than other salons on 86th street. They did an excellent job. Loved it!

Это ужас. Да, это дешево за 25$, но не рискуйте своим здоровьем! Все инструменты старые и дешевые, на всех ржавчина. У мастера ужасно трясутся руки, как будто бы она первый раз делает маникюр. Вместо ванночки для рук - кухонная миска. Это худший маникюр в моей жизни, посмотрите на эту кутикулы и ужасные края. У вас огромный салон, почему вы не можете обучить мастеров делать работу хорошо? Но самое главное: безопастность, тут ее нет. После таких инструментов вы запросто можете получить заражение крови.

Went in just for a trim, told the lady multiple times only half a inch. She starts shaving the sides of my hair when I didn't ask for my sides to be touched. She then cut 2-3 inches off my hair even though i told her twice i wanted to keep it long, only the deadends. After the cut i went to pay and leave but they asked for a tip, like im going to tip them for this kind of service. My hair is short with uneven layers now, and my sides are shaven making my hair overall look crazy. Will never come here again, save your money and go to the other salon that's next door, these people have no idea what they are doing.

Worst place for hair and nails I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy The owners Mike and Annie are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful no one speaks English so good luck with communication they truly don't care about the services you are paying them for. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere
