This location was the worst experience I’ve ever had renting. The original person I rented a suite from turned out to be a con artist and ran off with over $10k in rent money and is still an active realtor/broker, his name is David rogers at Diligence realty . The new owners response time to the renters concerns was deplorable. Once I was moving out they sent me 3 eviction notices which was the most I’d heard from them the entire time I was there. Not to mention once I reached out to get my security deposit back I was threatened with having to pay back rent when I had already paid a years worth of rent ahead of time. As well as the fact that the building manager managed absolutely nothing. The halls were disgustingly dirty as well as the bathrooms after tenants were told they would have someone cleaning and maintaining the building (including not replenishing bathroom amenities). Do not rent here they only want your money.

I was looking for a office for my business to have a address and somewhere I can have piece and quiet. David was a sure a gentleman and met me at the location and explained to me everything that they offer. Great location with restaurants and right of the freeway. I live on the west side so the location was a little to far. He mentioned that he will be building one on the west side and that will be great and the growth opportunities here. Keep up the great work and being honest!

I was very impressed on this new salon in the neighborhood . It has a very welcoming feeling when you enter the building and offers many great amenities , which is perfect for me I look forward to going back and trying some of the additional services.

Emy Salon Suites are in the most convenient location! So happy to have new, beautiful suites close by McCormick Ranch , Gainey Ranch, and all of Scottsdale. Looking forward to all the businesses that are a part of this great, much needed new luxury Salon Suites !!! It is nice to have a new luxury option in the area!
