Ive been seeing Erica since she was in a salon in Manayunk! Not everyone can handle this crazy thick curly hair and she does an amazing job. I’m so glad I found her, she’s truly amazing.

This was my first ever experience with getting my hair done at the salon. As a man I’m used to barbershops and taking care of my own hair (or not taking care of). But I was greeted with great energy from the moment I walked in the door. The facility is beautiful and the staff is so kind. I was able to comfortably ask questions and find out what I was doing with the service. At the end of the service I was blessed to see an amazing haircut and beautiful highlights even better than I could’ve imagined. I actually didn’t need imagine it. I was able to have a consultation and come up with the perfect idea that was executed by Cassie. I cannot wait to go back and make these haircuts and stylings consistent. I would totally recommend to anyone. I loved it here. Great people, great price, great products, i can go on and on.

Always satisfied with Cassie! Coming from the 407 I didn’t cut my hair in almost 5 years once I moved from Fl to Philly due to not trusting anyone with my head but Cassie changed that. Appreciate you boo !

Needed a last minute appointment as the person I usually go to canceled on me last minute. Went on the website booked for 5. Received a call that my stylist was running behind and it was ok with me. I rather know then show up and not be taken at my appointment time. As soon as I entered the salon it was warm welcomes from Cassie. Made me feel super comfortable and I was able to relax being that I have never been here before. I have never entered a salon a felt so welcomed like I did here at Timless. Cassie was AMAZING! Gave me the exact look I was hoping for and was an absolute doll the whole time. Talked throughout the process of what she was doing and if I was ok with how it looked. It was great! They will definitely be seeing me again 😍😍

UPDATE: I did reach out and spoke with Kiera and was told it was "APPOINTMENT ONLY," which is why I left the review and knocked it down a star. I don't need to have visited the business before leaving a review and the 'owners' comments are the reason I will not try the business in the future. It is appointment only, which is very unfortunate when you are looking for a new salon to go to.

Cassie is fire! 🔥 My cousin recommended this salon to me for a wedding. The bride and I booked trials and were blown away. We booked the entire wedding party. They traveled to the hotel. Bright and early! They started our day off right! Punctuality is key for the big wedding day. Raquel did hair and Cassie did makeup 💄. All the ladies were very pleased! Cassie’s make up looked so natural and lasted! The bride 👰‍♀️ was stunning. You ladies really brought your A-game! We can’t thank you enough! I will continue to be a customer year through. Thank you for making me feel beautiful and fierce. Kudos!

I’ve been to this place a few times. Cassie is my stylist. I’ve done a Bayalage, cut my ends and for my latest style Cassie cut my bangs. Everytime I walk in it’s a great feeling. She has a very soft touch and she is so effortlessly good at what she does. 💖
