I’ve been going to The Luxe Experience since I moved out to AZ and she always goes above and beyond every time she does my hair! Absolutely love the environment of the salon as well. Every stylist is outgoing and just overall fun to be around!

Great service at a great price i got my braids done here and they were very clean and parts remained clean for weeks, they are all very friendly and i also go here for my dreads. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My experience was truly amazing! The shop is is absolutely beautiful as well. Talon has a very kind spirit. I immediately felt welcomed upon arrival. I definitely recommend getting serviced at enchanted beauty bar!

The owner of this salon is phenomenal her customer service is superb. I would have given 5 stars only because the other stylists are great!! However there is an hair stylist there that is very unprofessional… she charged me 300.00 for what was supposed to be knottless I booked for tribal braids, trim, and wash protein condition . She told me tribal couldn’t be done because the condition of my hair so SHE decided to do single knotless on thin hair. AG, also lied about trimming my hair. She didn’t trim my hair at all!! This all took place on December 2, by December 18, 2023 I’m texting her to let her know I had some braids fall out and if she can tighten me up it took her 3 days to respond to tell me after Christmas she will fix my hair!! I wanted my hair done before Christmas. She scheduled for Dec 27 which didn’t work for me due to my work schedule. She didn’t care she ignored my text still never responded. So I said you know AG, needs a review. I know I’m not the first that has had issues with her and her service. I will not give her any recommendations. I will say the other 3 young ladies are good to go too they will slay you! Alert do not go to AG!!

I’m a male who needed his braids retwisted. Rae got me right, made the experience personable and very relaxing. 10/10 service. Any males in the valley need a retwist, this is your place. 👍🏾
