Encore Salon and Spa is a wonderful establishment. It’s always clean and everyone is so friendly. I’ve been going to see Shari in particular for many years now and she never disappoints. She is amazing! She always listens to what I want and the results are always on point. She always checks in the following day and asks how I’m liking my cut and color. That goes above and beyond if you ask me! She is very professional in everything she does and above all strives to make sure her clients are happy! Shari is the best!

I had been a very long time client of Shari. I had wanted to change my color. We were trying different combinations of colors and highlights but weren’t quite there yet. Very unexpectedly she calls me and says she’s doesn’t think she can achieve the look I want and drops me as a client. I was stunned and found it to be extremely unprofessional.

Loved my haircut. Santiago is a master at his craft. Our haircuts were the best. He did an amazing short hair cut on my wife and a perfect gentleman's cut with the best blending for both. We will always come to see him when coming to Tucson.

The hair stylists at this salon are unprofessional and don’t take safety protocol seriously. The stylist LYNDA of @lyndadoesmyhair on Instagram uses her professional account, which has Encore salon and spa blatantly tagged all over it, to comment on posts encouraging others to NOT WEAR MASKS, and staying that she doesn’t “believe” in wearing masks. I’m appalled that Encore would keep someone on staff who so openly has ZERO regard for others health and safety, as well as absolutely no professionalism. IF YOU WANT TO RISK YOUR AND YOUR LOVED ONES HEALTH FOR A HAIRCUT VISIT LYNDA, THE COVID DENYING HAIR STYLIST, FOR AN HOUR OF DIRECT CONTACT!
