Wow, delighted I discovered this place and Izzy. The space itself is amazing - at once part art gallery, yoga studio, and tranquility lounge. My stylist Izzy provided a fantastic cut, camo, and a super relaxing experience. Thank you, if I come around this way again I will absolutely be back.

Such a unique experience at this salon. You can tell it’s been curated over the years to truly have a wonderful energy to it. Izzy has been a really great addition- she is methodical, well educated, and obviously cares for her craft and clients. If you’re looking for not only a great hair experience but a bubble to step away from the outside world this is your spot.

Izzy is AMAZING!!! She listens to what you want for a haircut/style and makes sure you are satisfied. I'm usually VERY particular about who cuts my hair (I've had bad ones) and will recommend her to friends, family, and more!

Because I worked here for a bit, I may be a tiny bit biased, but Troy and Sarah have created an amazing, relaxing, space to come for anything you might expect at a spa. Talented hair stylists, makeup artists, and massage therapists to keep you looking and feeling your best.

I saw Alyssa here and she was amazing! Super helpful and understanding and relieved a lot of my anxiety I usually get when being around new stylists. My haircut is great and I feel comfortable out in public again. I also didn't feel judged or seen differently over the fact I'm non-binary, which is an amazing feeling. Everyone here has been super kind and I'm definitely going to be coming back for the foreseeable future.

I got a facial from Melissa a few weeks ago and her knowledge and skill exceeded my expectations. I’ve never done a lot for my skin so her consult with me before our appointment really helped me to understand exactly what my skin needed. Not only did I get compliments from a few of my family members about how good my skin looked after our appointment, it FEELS much better too. I’m rebooked for a second appointment for the beginning of April and I can’t wait!! It was incredibly relaxing and the quality of the products was great. Melissa was so friendly, as well as the individual at the front desk. Looking forward to being a returning customer!!

I had an appointment for my daughter to get her hair colored “dark purple”. On the phone I told them her hair was medium to dark brown and would have to be lifted. They told me “no problem “ and to bring her in, only to tell us that the stylist didn’t have time to do the project. I rescheduled even though the stylist said it was going to be $80 an hour and would take nearly 4 hours which seemed absolutely ridiculous, especially for that specific stylist, who barely spoke unless it was about money. She just wasn’t friendly at all. I decided to get her hair trimmed, since she’d already sat there with the stylist for 30 mins before the stylist decided she didn’t have time. That way it wasn’t a complete waste of our time. It was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter but even the trim job wasn’t straight and she missed hairs. So I hesitantly rescheduled for Friday at 10AM, they called at 9:30, saying she was 30 mins late. I wasn’t going to the appointment but I wasn’t even late yet. They proceeded to tell me I’d get charged for being a no show. I never gave them authorization to charge my card. I don’t even know how Or why they’d have my card information saved. Seems like bad business but whatever. I’ve been taking my kids here for years, mostly bcuz it’s convenient and walking distance from our home. Also bcuz my kids think the salon looks “cool” and “pretty”. The reason I kept going definitely wasn’t bcuz they provided good services. They just lost our business for good. So, yeah, I got charged for canceling my appointment. Yet, I didn’t get a discount when a stylist canceled the appointment I made for my son to get his haircut before pictures a few months ago.. This place is a joke. There are a few good stylist but most of them are overpaid and undertrained. Very unprofessional. Seems worse since they changed their name... I’m assuming management must’ve changed, as well. Save yourself some misery and go some place else, where your hair may actually get done and look good in the end. This place isn’t worth the headache.

I love paige!!!!! I’m addition to being amazing at what she does, paige is so fun, relaxing, and easy to talk to. I’ve never left Energi with a haircut I wasn’t happy with! They have fantastic hair products available for purchase as well :) 10/10 would recommend

I've always enjoyed going to Energi Salon and Spa. The company is very professional and so are the employees, everyone is extremely kind and knows how to connect to their clients. The atmosphere is calming, welcome and all around stunning with plants everywhere, exposed brick and what looks like repurposed wood. I get my hair cut by Alyssa Carstens and I have never been happier with each cut/look. She recommends great product to help with the health of your hair but never pushes the purchase of any product. You get a full service when making the decision to go to Energi. Thank you!

This place. My goodness, you walk in and it's just all beautiful stained glass happy plants, OG old market brick archways, and delicious incense smells. All the products are eco friendly and they recycle EVERYTHING. The best vibe I've ever felt in a salon. Courtland is an absolute artist. I left the salon feeling so confident and happy. I didn't even have a solid plan when I walked in, I just knew I was due for some TLC. He asked questions and gently guided me until we figured out what I was looking for and then he knocked it out of the damn park. Plus he was mega fun to chat with. 10 out of 10, would recommend to a friend ;)

Got a great men’s haircut from Courtland today! I really enjoyed the haircut and conversation. I really appreciate the effort the salon makes to keep the space clean too. Highly recommend for anyone living or working downtown Omaha.

I had an amazing experience getting a dermaplane hydra-facial with Melissa! She was professional, knowledgeable and very sweet, not to mention my skin looks amazing. I've had dermaplane facials before but they did not turn out like this. I'm looking forward to booking another facial and chemical peel at my next appointment!

I have been going here for about a year now, and it has to be the best experience I have ever had in a salon! The stylist and other staff have been the highlight of the visits, as they just give out good vibes all around. The place has a nice energy (pun sort of intended), and I have always left feeling better and more refreshed!

I went to Energi for a haircut with Courtland Allen recently. He was great - kind and fun, and he did a great job with my hair. The staff was all courteous, and the inside of the salon/spa was very clean. I would recommend!

Melissa was great and very friendly. She gave me my first ever facial, and it was a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! My face is glowing, my skin looks so good! The staff member at the front desk was also very friendly. And the facility looked very nice-I loved all the (real!) plants-and very professionally arranged.
