Enigma Medi Spa was one of the best medical spas that I have been too. I walked in and was greeted by the sweetest front desk worker and she took me back into the consultation room and just made me feel extremely welcomed. The staff over all was amazing from the technicians to the doctor himself. I get excited every-time my appointment comes up because I love coming to Enigma, as do all the other people I have referred there to.

This place is the worst’s. I get a grupon to do a facial I and I think that making a ILP will work for me but when I arrived the person from the counter told me that the treatment it wasn’t for my skin tone. But the way that the entire approach was very dismissive and at one point I felt that it was related to my skin tone. If you black please don’t go here.

Very nice and beautiful salon. I tried the Groupon for a cut, deep condition and style. I love my hair and layers!!! Natasha was very kind and the shampoo lady and receptionist were so kind. I really like it here and would like to come back again. Fair prices with great customer service.

I got a Brazilian wax and it was the worse experience. I purchased a 2 wax Groupon package but I won't be back. It wasn't sanitary and the room had a weird smell. There were boxes of files in the room and the floor was dirty. The application of the wax was messy and got everywhere.

I absolutely love Enigma. Syreeta is amazing! She always has your beat interest at heart and doesn't do what some other practitioners may do, by overdoing your look. All she does is enhance an already beautiful face. I can say without a doubt 1000000% that I feel more confident today at 38 then I did at 28 or maybe even 25. The laser resurfacing for hyperpigmentation worked wonders! I also highly recommend the new Skinvive from Juvederm because it really gives you a dewy fresh look. They currently carry it! Another great thing is that they participate with Alle, so you can earn points toward money off and they work with the financing program cherry. So it is very affordable. Ladies and gentlemen treat yourself!!!

Maria ruined my hair. We agreed on the haircut and length I wanted. In the end, I got completely ruined hair of different lengths, crooked and impossible to style. It will take at least a year for them to grow back to the necessary length so that they can be evened out. We discussed a length up to the collarbone, but instead, the top layer was cut to my ear, and the lengths are different on each side, which is impossible to hide. I said I was unhappy with the result and showed her the photo again, emphasizing that the result was not even close. Plus, it's clearly very crooked. She didn't apologize, didn't offer a solution, but just got angry and started saying that this is how it should be. Now, at the beginning of summer, it can't be hidden under a hat. I cry every day. The worst haircut of my life. Pictures of expected and actual results are attached Мария уничтожила мои волосы. Мы с ней согласовали стрижку и длину, которые я хочу. В итоге я получила полностью разрушенные волосы разной длины, кривые, невозможные для укладки. Потребуется минимум год, чтобы они отрасли до нужной длины, чтобы их можно было выравнять. Мы обговорили длину до ключицы, в итоге верхний слой у меня срезан по ухо и с разных сторон разная длина, это не возможно спрятать даже. Я сказала, что недовольна результатом и показала еще раз фото, что результат на него и близко не похож. Плюс видно, что очень криво всё сделано. Она не извинилась, не предложила решение, а просто рассердилась и начала говорить, что так и должно быть. Сейчас еще начало лета, под шакой не спрятать. Плачу каждый день. Худшая стрижка в жизни

I can no longer tell if I'm a patient, participant, colleague, or generationally undermined by the lack of exposure to new and old positions as well as siting developments to add understanding, empty rooms and degrees of separation in divine order. Each case was different but the results are outstanding, once you, and upon a time or two.

The best medical spa I have been too in Philadelphia. Everyone is so very nice and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. They have everything you could possibly need for aesthetics!!! I highly recommend this Medi Spa as it is the best in the city!
