I have been going to enigma for about 3-4 years (a lot longer at this point) now and once I found them, I haven't gone anywhere else. They are definitely customer first, they are very attentive, clean, timely, and professional. I absolutely love them, I know you guys will too so just go ahead and give them a try I promise you, quote me on it, You will not regret it!!! (UPDATE) Nothing has changed, I'm still going to Enigma. They provide package deals for they wax treatments. They are so accommodating, even when im late, not to mention customer service has not falling off at all, even years later. I love it here and don't see myself going anywhere else, EVER!!!

My nail technician was incredibly nice and welcoming, making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Her attentiveness and skill were evident, resulting in beautifully manicured nails. I would specifically recommend her, as she works at the last station in the back of the spa. As a person of color, I appreciated the warm reception from my nail tech, which contributed positively to my overall experience. The atmosphere of the spa was inviting, enhancing my visit. I highly recommend this spa for anyone seeking high quality nail services, particularly highlighting my nail technician’s expertise and welcoming demeanor.

I had the best experience with Marsela! She took great care of me and was incredibly friendly and sweet, making me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. I’ve been wanting curtain bangs for a while but never trusted anyone to do them right—until I met Marsela. She did them perfectly and listened to all my concerns. On top of that, she gave me fantastic advice on hair products and care. I’m so happy with the results! I’ll definitely be going back to her and recommending her to others. She’s just amazing!
