They require $20 tip paid UPFRONT or they won't do the massage. Never heard of tipping beforehand and DEMANDING a $20 tip or no massage. We walked out. I am not complaining about your debit card fee of $5. There was no misunderstanding, you demanded a $20 tip upfront for a $50 massage or no massage. That is a 40% tip. A tip is something a customer gives if the service is good. You don't demand a 40% tip or you won't do the massage, that is outrageous! Do you understand that? Change your signage to say a 40% tip is required to be paid before the massage and see how much business you do, I suspect none.
