I was recommended by a friend and am so glad I listened! I just went for my first time and it was an incredibly healing experience. Rigo was patient, perceptive and highly professional. He truly has an innate gift in addition to his technical skills and experience. I literally feel like I'm reborn and was able to let go of toxic energy that I've been holding onto. I feel light and rejuvenated. I encourage everyone to book an appointment, its so worth it.

Rigo is much more than a massage therapist- he is a healer. He has helped me in so many ways from traditional massage to energy work. The modalities he uses are endless. Light therapy is amazing along with cranial sacral and micro current. Rigo is intuitive to your needs .I highly recommend Enlighten Therapeutic Massage . The BEST !!!

There are moments in life when you know things are changing; and that this change is inevitable; but you aren’t sure why or how to manage it. It can feel like you are losing your mind, while just trying to find your way. That is the point in my life when I was lucky enough to meet Rigo. His gift of healing, and wisdom in guiding you through those terrifying moments in life when you have to make a choice. How do you want to proceed? Do you want to move forward, even though it seems like the most monumental task, and you have no clue how to go about it? How do you want to live your life? In what feels like a constant uphill battle; or do you want to achieve, and learn to live in that inner peace that you can see some around you have already learned to embrace? At a time when my energy and mind were so scattered, I was like a hummingbird going from flower to flower, as fast as possible, never landing to give myself enough time to just be. I spent all my time in trying to control everything around me, to make sure my world didn’t come crashing down down, that all I was doing was making things worse instead of better. Rigo helped me to see the bigger picture, to breathe, and focus on my loved ones. To calm my mind, and stay grounded. Which for someone with ADD is nothing short of miraculous. I am still a work in progress, but now thanks to Rigo, I have the guidance I need to actually move forward instead of spending my time spinning my wheels and achieving the bare minimum to keep myself and my life afloat. Through Rigo’s healing and different therapeutic modalities, I can see, and so can my loved ones, a change that has put me on a path to happiness. My relationships have drastically improved, as well my ability to communicate my thoughts and emotions. From our first session I could feel a difference within myself, and with each session since, my life has been moving in forward direction that more and more includes happiness, joy, and a sense of peace and calm that I never thought someone like me could achieve. WOW. I was looking for a massage therapist who does energy work and healing and I am so delighted to have been told about Rigo. I have gone a couple times now and will keep going. I feel healed in so many ways when I go to him. He and his work is definatly worth experiencing!
