I brought my mom here to spend Mother’s Day and it was an amazing experience. Jose gave us an amazing massage he was super professional and accommodating, I totally recommend booking with him.The girls at the front desk were also super nice and helpful i totally recommend this place and I’m definitely coming back.

Went here with a friend for our birthdays about a week ago on June 17th. We purchased a deal on Groupon for a tightening facial with lip treatment and I can say with confidence I was very happy. Not only with my treatment but with Enliven overall. The front desk attendant was very professional and sweet and the staff who did my facial was great. The spa itself is very spacious, clean and neat. I highly recommend it!

Recently visited for a massage and it was amazing! The managing staff and team and masseuse were very attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend & will be coming back for more!!! :)

The desk assistant was nice but the masseuse and facial masseuse were mediocre. Nothing too fancy or special about this spa except being attached to the JW Marriott brand. I brought my mother and I to this spa for her birthday and nothing special was done for her. For the amount I paid, I expected better services. For the facials, both were suppose to be 75 minutes but she only did it for 60-65 minutes. Out of the 60-65 minutes, 20 minutes were for a face mask. It was very disappointing and would not return for any spa services. In addition, she stepped out twice for a while. As for the masseuse, she was ok. Relieve the knots but nothing extra. I would not return to this location for any spa services.

The worst experience I ever received! Massage should be relaxing but if the concierge is unprofessional and rude there’s no way you can actually enjoy it because you will never make it to book the massage!! I received a gift certificate and never used thank to the guy that supposed to work FOR Evelyn Spa. They do not answer the phone and if you leave a message or more then one, you will never receive a call back to schedule your massage!! You try to show up and schedule in persone but there’s aleso that one rude gentlemen suppository serving the guests which gives a very lousy service …. Recommending to go somewhere else!!

I had a great experience here, this was my first time getting a full body massage. My masseuse was Sebastian, he was absolutely AMAZING! He asked questions and was very attentive to my needs. The receptionist was also very nice. They offer you tea or water to drink while you wait. Great ambiance. I will definitely be back.

I scheduled the Sacred Lotus massage that specifically stated a duration of 80 minutes on Enliven’s website. The massage therapist performed only 60 minutes of therapy. When I asked the two front desk personnel about this, one of them stated that she guessed that the website hadn’t been updated and then proceeded to charge the same amount of money that was listed for 80 minutes of service on the website. It is extremely poor business to not only deliver a service as advertised but to also have working personnel that are uninformed of service duration/pricing, especially given that the massage was mediocre.

Spa days are always great but if you’re in town come see Debbie 😱 she took off 10 years of stress from my body! She asked me where she can focus on and my shoulders were my #1 spot along with my neck! I came out of my massage relaxed and stress free! She has hands of gold! Didn’t hold back either! I like my massages a little on the hard side. The only down side was we couldn’t use the pool 🏊🏻‍♀️

This spa really goes above and beyond. I have not felt so relaxed in such a while and all thanks the services Debora provided. I really felt comfortable here and at ease by their cleanliness. Debora and Jelisa are your go-to girls here.

I came to Miami for a conference at the JW Marriott and decided to fly in a little early to treat myself to a massage and pedicure. Unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. First, the facility is old and feels run down. The spa robe they provided for the day was an above the knee terry robe that didn't feel like it covered enough when you are walking around in a public place. It also felt like an old scratchy towel that had been washed 1,000 times. After my massage I actually changed out of it because it wouldn't have been appropriate for my pedicure. The slippers they provided were also tearing and very old. Next, the relaxation room was in a room full of floor to ceiling windows which would have been great if there was a view but all you could see was the high rise next door. It would be nicer if it was a dark calming room where you could truly relax. My massage therapist was decent, but I was disappointed to have been put in a couples massage room. This may not have bothered most people but it felt weird to me. After I changed I was escorted to my pedicure which took place in a crammed room with loud music playing. The pedicurist put in her ipods and proceeded to grab her phone and put on music I guess that she would enjoy. Unfortunately she was very inexperienced and did a poor job. There was no foot massage and she finished up in about 20 minutes. I could have gone down the street to a local place and gotten a better pedicure for half the price. The hotel is actually very nice and in a great location but its spa does not live up to the standards that it should.

I went to the Enliven spa during Miami Spa Month and got a great deal on the signature massage! My masseuse was Fernanda and she was incredible! This was the best massage I have ever gotten. She was very thorough, especially on my back and my legs, and it felt so great that I didn’t want to get up when my session was over. She did a foot scrub and wrap as well and the foot massage was awesome! The aromatherapy scents she used smelled really good and helped me relax. I highly recommend the Signature Massage with Fernanda!! My friend got the head to toe, Glow body polish massage and facial package with Soraya and she said her experience was amazing as well! She has sensitive skin and had some heat rash on her face and Soraya was responsive to her needs. She used a product for sensitive skin in her facial and my friend’s skin was glowing afterwards. We wish we weren’t Miami tourists so that we could return to this spa ASAP!
