I have been a client of both Ryin and Shaquille for many many years. I always love their work! I got the opportunity to rent a suite in the studio and working alongside these women was a great experience!

I've been coming here to get my lashes done by Ryin for about a year. One of my friends recommended me to her and another girl I know did also. I do like how she does my lashes it does last pretty long, but after a few first times of my appointments, she would always take me in late. Every time it's the day of my appointment, she will tell me she's running behind, rescheduling me. Even when she tells me, "Can i come at this time instead, and when I go, I will still have to wait for another 15,30 mins. I had waited at least for almost 45 to an hr at one point. I understand that this could happen also, but if it's every appointment thing than there's something wrong here. She never asked me what kind of lashes I wanted besides my first full set. We never really talk, and I find that also awkward, or she will respond with a word or two. Even when she takes me in late every single time of my appointments, she never once offered me a discount or truly apologized. I honestly feel like is it because she didn't like me, did i do something wrong or just didn't want to do my lashes and will always change my schedule times so I can stop going to her or what? But anyways not very professional. I will never go out of my ways for someone anymore when they obviously don't care about their clients.

I went here to get my hair done for my birthday and it was terrible. First of all she never greeted me never said hello or anything. Then the whole time she does my hair she is quiet. After she is done I noticed she completely ruined the wig that I PAYED FOR. She was supposed to bleach the knots and pluck it. That was not the case. The lace was completely orange! And totally noticeable. She then cut me multiple times when cutting the lace. I had scratches on my forehead FOR MY BIRTHDAY! She is only there for the money. And honestly felt some discrimination bc I am a mixed women and am light skin. She had an attitude bc of how long my hair was and treated me horribly.

I’m always excited to support black women doing their thing. Unfortunately inside of Enticing Beauty Studio they don’t hire women of integrity, honor or any type of moral code. They will cancel your appointment and keep your deposit. Update: after customer review I was refunded my deposit back

My makeup was on 🔥. The makeup matched my skin tone. The eye lashes were perfect. Not too long. I would go back there again.

Ryin seems to put out good work from what I saw on her instagram page so I wasn’t expecting to have such a poor experience. She showed up 30 min late which I understood so I waited. I showed her a picture of the lash style I wanted but she didn’t like them or maybe couldn't do the style. I still was okay since I had seen her work so I thought she would still make my lashes look good. My eyes were blinking during the appointment because of some caffeine. It has happened to me before while getting my lashes done but tapping down my eyelids works. Ryin said I didn’t need tape for that. Instead she asked me if I wanted them removed or left on since she couldn’t keep working on them. So I left them on and was still charged for a full set. I left with my lashes looking like I needed a fill. I contacted her a day after my appointment to see if she could complete my lashes but no response.

The owners definitely have a passion for what they do and it shows through their work, every picture uploaded is of quality. Owners are professional, take their time, and I'm always satisfied after every appointment.
