My niece is biracial and was excited to get her hair done here. Her mom blew out her hair completely and when they arrived at the studio, the lady was already mad because my niece’s ends are thick, of which we can’t do anything about. They blew out her hair MORE. So basically, they wanted it flat ironed for BRAIDS. THEN, there were no denman brushes, nothing for detangling, no bottles for water, nothing! So naturally my niece is crying at this point, and still apologizing FOR crying because she wanted to stick it out. The VERY UNPROFESSIONAL owner looked at my sis n law and niece and said, “Yeah, you need to leave. I’m not doing her hair”. It’s so sad that “professionals” have nothing to give when it comes to a “challenge”. You’re a professional braider—a head full of NATURAL hair shouldn’t scare you. She should be ashamed of herself for treating my niece that way.saddest part of the whole thing: my sis in law has literal MESSAGES of the questions she asked to clarify everything she needed. The lady basically denied any of it. The most TRAUMATIC situation ever for a HAIR DO!

Horrible experience. I sent Martina an inspiration picture of a stitch braid ponytail. She quoted me $150. Once I got there I asked if she needed to see the picture again? She informed me that she had the picture. Basically, she could not and was not capable of doing the stitch braids. I am not pleased and I am scheduled to go on vacation in 2 days! Such an inconvenience. 0/10 do not recommend. The braids she did were big and bulky where they should have been smaller in size and there wasn't a stitch in sight.

The owner was VERY professional upon answering the business line phone, she asked details about desired braid style, and very up front about the price. An appointment was scheduled, confirmed and she was able to move the appointment earlier as desired. She was on time however she took some time to clean up and disinfect the area BUT we were both SAFE plus wore the masks. My hair is gorgeous, I received compliments from the time I walked out of the salon until now and it's been a week later. Hair STILL looking on fleet 💖😉👍

Since I am new to the Fayetteville area, I was looking for a Braiding Salon close to home. I am so happy that I stopped in to the shop and introduced myself to the owner. The shop is spacious, clean and comfortable. She's very good at listening to your ideas and helping you make suggestions. She is a true professional and I am so glad that I'm now a customer. L.
