Just wanted to share my experience as a great one and not leave a review for a bad experience. I came to the spa for the fourth time and although in the past, the customer service was not the greatest but now I feel they turned it around. I wanna highlight the graveyard shift crew, including Antonio, Valentino and the other two guys that were there. you get what you give and although they seem like they have tough skin, they’re all pretty cool. The place is clean and sanitized frequently but if you go in there with an attitude, you’re gonna get it back. Come in feeling entitled and you’re gonna leave pretty upset. Keep up the good work gentlemen and I’ll be back real soon. Like in an hour or 2 lol.

I have been going to Entourage for years now but haven't been there since Adonis opened up. Comparing the two Adonis has better deals. Not only is Adonis cheaper and they give you 6 hours versus Entourage 4 hours. Plus Adonis has local night with only 10 bucks to get in. Both are spacious but Adonis is way more modern and cleaner. Entourage should have some promotions or match what Adonis is offering. Just a thought...

It's just okay. Each time you go somethings not work or closed or broke. Like the confessional, a door has missing for almost two months. Another the door locks but if someone pulls on it open. Pool has been closed for month too.

Okay place, not my favorite sauna I’ve been to. The smoking is terrible. Cheap $20 for 4 hours. I wouldn’t be back due to smoke alone. No steamroom just two saunas.

Don't be fooled by the photos. The entire place is much more run-down than advertised and the staff was extremely rude. Not to mention the pool was broken.

Been going to the entourage for years. Tonight the regular 3-11 helped me out. He is always so helpful and reminding me to buy the toys I forgot I needed. The staff is usually okay but he makes it worth going in. Clean and tidy as always. The front desk better never loose him, he always making me smile.

Entourage is a great place to visit I came in on a Monday morning it was slow but the gentleman with the long pink Dreadlocks was extremely nice and helpful very willing to answer all my questions the spa very clean and smelled fresh .Evan tho it was not packed it was a grate experience I will b back thanks

The attendant is very rude no acknowledgment for someone who is infront of him and just keep talking with someone on his headphone. No courtesy and giving me attitude his name is Pedro. He was one time walking at the hallway and yell “move “ And hit me as he walk fast by me and say nothing so arrogant, no sense of customer service just RUDE.

Always a great time to be had. Staff always make me feel welcome. I will continue to be a return customer. My fave is the dark confessionals! When are you all gonna replace the door to the booth in the confessional? Or was it taken down on purpose?

I cannot wait to visit this place for the first time in November. I'm so ready and excited to live out a fantasy of mine. I'll be on a solo trip and hoping to have some fun and meet some exciting friends while I'm there. This place comes highly recommended by a few people I know. See ya'll in November

I have been going to Entourage for many years now. Since the other two clubs opened their doors, I have noticed fewer guys visit Entourage. The last few times I visited Entourage in the evening, there were noticeably way less guys and that was on a Sat! I was so bored I just left after a couple of hours. At the same time Entourage kept hiking up their rates which no longer is justified since many have already fled to other establishments. Kuma for example offers 2 entries for the price of one and a host of other promo's that get you in for a mere 10 bucks. On top of that the rooms are free (first come first serve of course)!! Entourage should consider matching these to stay competitive and lure their customers back. Most people I know aren't willing to pay that much to enter Entourage when they can have fun elsewhere for way less.

I went two weeks ago for the first time. Was a little hesitant because of some of the reviews, But I was pleasantly surprised it was cleaned and There were no odors. Good amount of guys there on a Tuesday night had a lot of fun. Guy at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.

It's a good hook up place for the gays. There's a pool, two sauna rooms, a gym, and some rooms for fun. Staff was great and professional. Anyone who has complained before, pay no heed. Staff was professional and polite. It Vegas and the luck of the draw. Regardless if no one else showed up, I know I'd enjoy the pool and sauna.

I am a long time resident of Las Vegas, and have been to the Entourage many times over the years. Something has changed, and not for the better. Going here used to have an air of excitement and anticipation. This time I didn't feel excited or even slightly interested. It was as if they just turned on all the lights and nobody was there anymore. They're going to have to do a lot of work to get it back to its old glory which I think is what needs to happen. With new competition in Las Vegas now available to everyone they're going to have to step it up or they're going to be closed soon.

Ah bei ricordi quando avevo nove anni ero andata lì perche una amica di mia madre glielo aveva consigliato e quindi siccome mia madre non ci voleva andare da sola quindi mi aveva accompagnata e quando ero entrata era pieno di monumenti che si muovevano ed erano anche maschi nudi.. ancora mi ricordo che un ragazzo (uno dei monumenti) mi aveva preso in braccio e lo avevamo fatto.. e niente ora ho 29 anni e lui ne ha 51.. e questa è come sono rimasta incinta a 10 anni (i figli sono morti perché erano tre e io ero ancora troppo piccola per gestirli)

The on line information states jacuzzi/hot tub. I went there in Feb 2024 and it was not working and it's now May 2024 and it's still not available to use. They must have someone with only one arm working on it. Looking for a Hot Tub experience...try Imperial Spa located near by the Stratosphere hotel. When asking employees questions about it not working you'll get a lot of shoulder shrugs. I'm starting to think it's under new management or maybe it needs to be under new management.
