Cynthia is the worst. I don’t recommend you come here. Just when I thought my hair was healthy and done right, I started realizing hair falling off and uneven fried damaged hair. She was using too high of a developer/ bleach. I’m glad I noticed it because I would’ve embarrassed myself if I kept going to her.

I paid 300 +40 tip. The more I look at my hair, I realize I will need to have someone else fix my hair. The color especially on top and the front pieces are unevenly dyed. Cynthia Jackson had posted on Facebook she had open appointments that week and was offering discounts for new customers. I would not recommend this stylist

I wish I never trusted this salon, I got my hair done by Melanie on top of the fact that I didn’t get what I asked for, my hair was fried beyond belief. I was told it was because”I didn’t clarify my VIRGIN hair enough”. I provided pictures of what I wanted and was told she can get it done with “no problem.” This place is very unprofessional, while I was getting my hair done the owners (Cynthia) husband walks around blindly smacking Melanie on be butt. Talk about (awkward). I reached out to Melanie advising her my concerns and she suggested a toner never offering to fix the texture of my hair (she did recommend some moisturizing products, however given the texture of my hair.. if she knew her stuff she would have done at LEAST a deep conditioning). These stylists claim they can do work they can’t accomplish, the high ratings are probably from people that ask for a single color or from friends and family. I spent damn near 6 years not touching my hair so these people can practice what they wish they can do.

Gurrrr MOST DEFINITELY MY HOME AWAY FROM HOME FEELING…. I most definitely will suggest you get your did and hair dos made by these beauties at ENVY… Gurrr her said she coming back soon to HOLOHOLO N most definitely get my hair done all over again. Service is excellent most importantly it feels Like home and a place to vent like them guy barbers place to come and kick back is what I’m loving that made love my hair even moreeeee

I found Cindy online and it was super easy to book with her. My hair needed some major cpr! She was amazing, her girls were amazing. She literally made me fall in love with my hair! I showed her a picture & tried to explain what I was looking for and not only did she DELIVER but she made my hair look even better than those pictures! Thank you so much Cindy (& Melanie for putting the perfect curls in my hair)! I will recommend to everyone!

What a great experience! Ray and Rasheeda did an amazing job making my lil princess and I feel at home. Rasheeda was friendly, personable and very skillful and creative at making my daughter's hair come to life! We'll definitely be coming back👍🏽👍🏽

You should update your hours of service. I wasted a trip and the woman there was very rude telling me it was close when it was only 510 pm this happened this past monday. Over here says 7 pm.

By far the most unprofessional experience EVER. I had a decent experience with Cynthia back in 2020, so I decided to book an appointment for my mom as a gift. Upon arrival, Cynthia was getting her hair dyed and extensions later added. In the 3 hours my mom was there, she maybe had her hair touched for a total of 45 minutes. She had a CUT AND COLOR booked. Easy right? No, not at all. She left my mom sitting in foils for 2 hours, leaving her hair extremely damaged and brittle. When my mom confronted her about the time she sat, she got mad and said "do you do hair, does your daughter do hair?" After a short bathroom break with her husband, who she fought with numerous times and publicly bashed in front of her, she came back extra chipper, stabbed my mom in the neck a few times with her sharp nails, then refused to cut her hair because she "didnt need it". She slapped some toner on the overprocessed bleach, a little dye, blow dried it with a dirty brush and sent her on her way with a total of $325. I'm sorry but I've never come across someone this unprofessional. If you're into that kinda thing and like to hang out at a salon the owner admits is failing with literally ZERO products in it but tons of marijuana, go for it. But other than that? Save your time and money.

Cynthia is absolutely amazing! She is the best at everything. Extensions 100% amazing they last so long. Hair color is amazing she can do it all. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to touch my hair, she only hires the best. Love ya Cynthia keep slaying making our hair look amazing 🤩

I am going to leave a really bad review for Cynthia the hair stylist of this salon. I went to have my hair colored and showed her a photo of how I wanted my hair and she was very confident in her skills and she said : Sure yes . Only after two and a half hours of back and forth bleach, wash , tone etc with me ( while she is also working with two or three other clients at the same time ) I realized how badly my color had come out . I told her THIS IS NOT THE RESULT I was expecting and I DON'T LIKE IT , in complete disbelieve she also said the same thing : NEITHER DO I , but i will try to fix it ...In a matter of 10 minutes she mixed something really quickly and put it on top of my already colored hair and said this will look much better. Soon after my hair is washed and dried I realized the color was so awkward and nowhere near to what i had asked her initially . Very very unprofessional , and it did give me the impression she was : FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT , with me . WILL NEVER RETURN TO HER SALON AGAIN . And i will also file a complain for this salon .

Not professional- if she gets busy- she doesn't finish her work - and the worst part is that she thinks she can fool people - she was the worst I've ever met —- never again !!!!!! I wanted to get extensions and because I didn't buy them from her she thought of get revenge - what did she do??charged me $350+$150 she didn't put them in correctly causing me to lose half my hair after 3 weeks - and when I went to take them out she charged me again !!! and even worse — she tried to convince me that it was my fault !!!!so unprofessional!!! I wonder how much longer this shop will last — I don't think it will — people will soon find out who she is

Imagine walking in for your appointment and being told you need to wait 30/40 minutes because she has 2 customers ahead of you and extremely busy and being passed down to another stylist who had poor skills. I’m sure we all appreciate our time and expect to be attended at the corresponding time and with great service. I made it clear to her a txt message would of been appreciated. This is what set the tone for me!!! Cindy is very unprofessional And extremely rude!!! Bas vibes!
