I’ve been here ~4x and it’s always hit or miss with who has done my pedicure. I’ve had great and terrible nail techs. My nail tech today did not remove calluses and barely removed dead skin. Not going back.

swear i’ve went to at least half of the nail salons in Albuquerque. most were average at best. BUT - Envy Nails is my new go to. they ACTUALLY allow you to make the appointment and when you walk in- they are waiting for you ! they are professional, thorough, extremely friendly, their prices are fair and reasonable.

I had a great first time at this salon! the women were very sweet and welcoming to me and my grandma in her walker (who doesn’t speak very good English) they helped communicate with her through me and overall had a great experience 💝

Friendly and accommodating they did such a great job on my acrylic set and pedicure love the hot coal massage and my gel nails lasted for longer than 4 weeks. I will be back!

I showed the guy a picture and he did my nail different than what I liked and I pointed it out and he said you can’t get it exactly the same from the internet!!!!! Why ask then

The ONLY Nail Shop i go to. By far the best job i have had done to my nails. They last all month without breaking or anything and im really rough on my nails. Usually i try to go get them done after 2 or 3 weeks but if im a little tight on money...they outlast my time by far. Would recommend to ANYBODY!!

Always a beautiful job. My nails withstand my job working ambulance and in the past when I worked in a restaurant my hands would be in degreaser and sanitizing solution constantly. They hold up and are very affordable. I won't go anywhere else again.

I asked for a simple design and they came out bad! They were messy and bumpy, all the nails were a different shape and the nude I asked for was pink! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and what she did looked nothing liked the photo. She kept getting mad for telling her to fix my nails. Never going back

I have been regular for years. I get they are busy but without fail I will be left setting at the pedi station. While people after me me get pushed ahead. Today I sat as 2 young men got rushed ahead , when asked the gentleman was so rude. I’ve been sitting here for 15 minutes after pedi for a check nothing. I’ll never come back.

I went in 2 days ago for my birthday to get a gel manicure and not within 24 hours 6 nails already started chipping. Not worth the price

I went there today, and Kathy helped me. Worst experience I have ever had. She did my pedicure very fast, and made me feel like we were in a rush to finish, very poor pedicure. An elderly woman walked in with an oxygen tank and had trouble speaking and Kathy treated her horrible she asked for regular polish and Kathy kept insisting for gel after elderly told her that her doctor had said no gel only polish because she had vascular problems, Kathy kept insisting and I asked her if she had any plastic flip flops she could use because she had said she needed to get gel because it was going to get messed up while putting her Sandles back on she stated " no she can't wear those because she's old and she can fall" I said well she can wait here while they dry and she said no she has an oxygen tank and will run out if she waits?! Like why??! after that she was cutting her cuticles and the woman would complain it would hurt her and Kathy wouldn't listen and cut her?!!! Made her bleed, and the elderly woman said she was bleeding and Kathy grabbed her foot and put it back in the water and lied to her saying It was nail polish I was right next to her. She treated her horrible I did complain after but this is unacceptable!!!!!!! There should be no reason to treat elderly people like that she could be diabetic and the fact that Kathy wasn't gentle with her was just horrifying ......please owner if you see this review do something about it, what if that was your mom or family member getting treated like that, don't let someone run your business and loose Clientele!!!!!! Because of her !!!!!

This place does NOT respect appointments and the staff is rude. My family had a 3pm appointment and when we arrived the place was full and they were not ready to take us. When seating became available they took walk ins before us so we left and will not be going back!!!!!

I asked for a v French tip nail, none of my nails actually come to a v. There were bugs crawling all over and they could do is offer $10 off, my pedicure was so rough my toes are actually hurting. I went here because my normal lady was unavailable before the holidays but I will NEVER go back and I highly recommend you find somewhere else if possible.

Me and my mom have been to this location a couple times. My feet always feel amazing when I leave. Super clean and friendly. Will be back again and again.
