Shelley and Bridgette are so knowledgeable and make you feel so comfortable. I am new to the medspa game and they don’t judge or make you feel dumb. They really seem like they genuinely care about making you feel your best. I’m so pleased with the services I’ve received and glad I found a warm and inviting space ❤️

Can’t say enough good things about Shelly and her team. Whether you’re looking to fix a problem, improve aesthetics, or simply optimize your overall well-being, they are your go-to team. You can tell they really care and always make themselves available to answer any questions. As a healthcare provider myself, I know a good one when I see one. Yes! Until you drew blood for my 4 week check up and you never called me with my results…after I emailed you about it, even though you said you would….No worries.. I went to Bio Balance Health where things are done professionally and under the actual care of a Dr. for the hormone pellets..

Life changing experience! I have been a patient at EOS for almost a year and have felt a total transformation in many areas of my life. I spent years feeling tired, depressed, and irritable. I had loss the desire for intimacy and that was effecting my marriage and my self-esteem. I visited my gynecologists' who dismissed these feelings as normal for my age of 49, then prescribed pills and injections for sexual disorders. I tried Anti-depressants, Addyi, Bremelanotide injection, therapy, exercise, and diet change. Nothing worked! I only grew more frustrated and despaired. My good friend recommended that I see Shelly and she explained that my "doctors" felt that my blood work was fine because I am not in my baby making years and that the hormones I needed were no longer necessary. With Shelly, I completed my blood work and met the following week to discuss the results. Most things fell into the "normal" category but MY TESTOSTERONE WAS 15 with the AVERAGE for females my age being 546. Finally I had found a reason for what I was going through. I felt so much relief! I had the pellets inserted that day and have felt so alive since then. I have energy, my husband has noticed a difference in my mood and most of all my body has come to life. My relationship with my husband as never been better and I owe it all to Shelly and her team. Thank you for bringing happiness back into my life! I tell everyone about my experience because it has saved my marriage. Shelly, Tom, Alissa, and Nancy are so kind and knowledgeable each and every time that I call or visit the office. Shelley and Alissa are amazing! Alissa made my injection experience wonderful! She has a very light hand and it was basically pain free! Shelley used the laser on my face before hand and while it was bit spicy, she made me very comfortable through the procedure! The med spa itself it beautiful and welcoming. 10/10 recommended EOS for your aesthetic needs!

Shelley and Tom at EOS are amazing! Shelley spent a lot of time explaining my lab work to me, the procedure itself , and what to expect. She answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. The team is very professional, friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
