Megan was my stylist and she did an outstanding job!! She is SO incredibly sweet and accommodating, I truly appreciate her as a person as well as a stylist. She is as real as it gets, such a wonderful woman! I CAN NOT WAIT to go back and see her!!!! Highly recommend!!

I hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately it is what it is. This has been my go to salon for 2yrs and I now had to find a new hair salon because after multiple attempts of trying to text my new stylist and call/text the salon I have yet to hear a response from anyone (mind you this is not the first time this happens). I guess they don’t want more business? I get people are busy, but at least a response back at a somewhat timely manner is professional. Ever since my hair stylist Roxanne left it hasn’t been the same… Had to find a new salon

I've been going to Doug here for years. He is amazing at what he does with my hair. There are other services here like eyebrow threading, manicures and pedicures and you can do a lot of different things with your hair here!

Great place. Roxanne is incredible with color. I’m so impressed with her talent to take care of my root touch up with the prefect color and then a cut. For my first time visit - I’m thrilled to have found her. Thank you Roxanne👏👏

I found Lindsay on Groupon. Texted and made an appt. When I showed up the front desk lady was rude and didn’t seem very welcoming. I booked my appt for haircut and deep conditioning, however only received a haircut and was charged for deep conditioning as well. The girl claimed she did “massage” my head for 5 mins and that was considered “deep conditioning.” Mind you, I have gotten deep conditioning before and that was not deep conditioning. They charged me $65 for just a simple haircut. The Groupon advertisement was $49.50 that included deep conditioning and partial highlights and that’s how I found Lindsay. Needless to say I would not be going back.

Was recommended here after receiving shocking service from another local salon , the stylist I visited at Epic was Kari Myres , she was extremely knowledgeable and super efficient, I would highly recommend her , plus whilst I was sat waiting I watched a lady leave with the most beautiful hair cut and colour , will definitely return.

Lindsey is an awesome hair stylist. She has done the Brazilian Blowout on my hair many times. Lindsey is extremely professional and knowledgeable! I just LOVE my hair now. The Brazilian Blowout is life changing. I wouldn’t go to any other hairstylist!

Purchased a Groupon for highlights!!! Texted Lindsey to schedule appt!!! Confirmed time and the work I wanted and she said no problem !! Got confirmation for appt!!! Evening comes the night before appt and she texts me to change time!!! I work for a living so I can’t just change it!!! She says 12 and I say 1230 she says that won’t work!!! Whats a 30 minute difference!!! Can’t do my appt!! Very unhappy !!! Is it because I have a Groupon!! Why are you doing these coupons when you don’t accept them and then you are going to cancel the appt because you found another client that you are going to make money off instead of me???? Would like the salon manager to reach out to me as this is not good business!!! I talked highly of this girl to coworkers and they were all excited to see what I wanted and possibly referrals!!! This is very disappointing to me!!!

This was my first appointment with Lindsey. She was not friendly or accomadating at all. She barely even spoke to me or ever cracked a smile the entire time l was there. She hi-lighted my hair and did a so, so job, nothing special. I left with red hi-lights, which l hated! I called her back the following day to let her know how unhappy l was. She didn't seem to care and was adamit about l would have to pay for any additional products she used on my hair if l wanted to come back in.....forget it! Thank God the red washed out over time!

Very clean and professional salon. Each stylist has their own station or room. My stylist Lindsey and her assistant,Macy,suggest what works best for my hair and structure for my face. They are fun professional and always a delight to see. Not to mention, my hair looks fantastic after my visits. Highly recommended!

I always dread going to a new salon especially after having a bad experience so I went in holding my breath but hoping for the best. I had an amazing experience. The salon itself it really nice, each stylist has there own studio space. Macy did my highlights & let me tell you..the girl can make magic happen. I’m So happy i found my forever colorist.

I’ve gone to Lucy since September of last year and I can’t say enough great things about her. I came in last year to have her fix a bad haircut from a different salon and she blended and fixed my hair completely. At our first appointment she was extremely professional and listened to what I wanted. Since September I’ve gone to her for my color and I’ve loved it every time she’s done it. Lucy is knowledgeable and always executes her work beautifully. I’ve tried a multitude of hairdressers for years and Lucy by far does the best work. She’s articulate and personable. Though I no longer live near Salon Epic, I still make the hour drive to see Lucy, because she’s worth it!!

Lindsey, from The Hair Artist at Epic Salon, made a terrible job adding highlights to my hair. Besides she added too much highlights, the color was brassy and uneven. When I asked to fix it she showed no care to do that. After, I told her that I do not want to leave her salon looking like a clown, she put 2 lowlights in. It did not fixed the problem. So today, I need to go to another salon to fix my clown colored hair. Besides that, she refused to accept my Groupon price,stating it that I can just use it once a year. Well I never heard that before but I had enough aggrevation for a day. I payed the full price and left with my bad looking hair. Never again!

Macy was amazing. Professional interesting good judgment and advice. Lyndsay please put a smile on your face if a client uses froupon. She put pressure re bill and I ended up paying a fifty per cent tip. Yes. 25 dollars for 47 bill. I asked she split the tip with Macy who did the coloring and the treatment as well as the Columbian lady who helpee do the styling. Hope she did..she just shrugged be off. Thanks to Macy for a terrific job.

They charged me for something I didn’t get! I got charged $80 from this company. And received nothing. I live in NY, they are in Florida. Wont give my money back!
