I pre-booked for the service which requires a deposit. Ok,cool. I always schedule appointments a minimum of 1 and a half weeks to two weeks ahead. At this point, I asked the stylist does she do ponytail weave installs and if so what service should I book it under. She agreed that it should be booked under a wash and style. I said ok cool. Two weeks go by and it's the day before my appointment. I request to pre-pay to ensure a smooth appt. The stylist asked what am I getting done even though I had already pre-booked and had asked her about ponytail weave installs approximately two weeks prior. I tell her what I'm getting done. She says ponytails weaves will be an extra $25. I say no thanks since that was not discussed when I asked about it and before I paid. Then I tell the stylist that I had forgot to mention I'm getting a trim. She says that'll be an extra $15. I sent her a screenshot of where I had already pre-booked for a trim. She says ok. I get to my appointment and she makes no mention of a trim nor does not give me a trim even though I had discussed everything with her the night before. The shea butter treatment was excellent but I thought some of her tactics were a little unprofessional and she could had least given me what I paid for instead of trying to get more money out of me after I had already prepaid beforehand.

Ms. Carmen do a great job doing my hair in her beautiful salon! I always feel welcome in her shop! She is such a down to earth person. I had an absolutely great experience at Epiphany, Carmen was great at explaining what I needed to do with my daughters hair and how to care for it. I would definitely recommend her.

My daughter has super thick curly hair (type 3C) and this is the only place that can give her long lasting beautiful looking straight hair without the harsh chemicals. Truly talented and skilled here. Won't consider going anywhere else.
