Emma was so sweet and did an amazing job on my hair. She taught me tips and tricks on how to style my hair at home. She took her time and made my hair look so voluminous and smooth. Highly recommend Emma and hope to visit her again!

This place was a terrible experience for my girl not once but twice she’s gone in with a picture of what she wanted and handpicked the strands but the wrong pieces were colored and didn’t look anything like the picture she wanted. They go off and try to do it their own things which isn’t what she wants and also she was told it was 180 for her hair and she went in with 200 tipped 20 but card got declined because it ended up being 185 so they took the 20 tip separate and left the card below sufficient funds and wouldn’t allow her to change the tip so my girl goes in excited and nervous but comes out disappointed and embarrassed not once but twice with different people. This place is overrated and does not live up to the hype never coming here again oh it was so bad my girlfriend dyed her entire hair black so just letting everyone know

Tia is a very sweet person. I respect the fact that she's robotic and actually shows a genuine concern for her clients. It mean a lot when you feel a person isn't just trying to dig in your pockets becuase they have the skill to do so, but becuase they take pride and passion passion in what they do. I let here cut one of my locs of 6 years just to test...yes... we're family now! But all just aside... Tia is very professional and my son says she's a.azing as well
