This was my favorite nail place. The first time I tried it out, I waited for about an hour past my nail appointment time to be seen I loved my nails and everyone is so sweet. They are absolute artists. I got so many compliments on my nails. I thought the wait was a fluke and loved my nails, so I returned 2 more times with no isses.... very low wait times with an appointment. Today I went in with an 11:30 appointment for a manicure and pedicure. I was seen at 11:50 for the manicure. I then was told to sit in a chair and wait for a pedicure. I waited for 30 minutes with no acknowledgement until I got up to leave at 2pm (I arruved at 11:30 and only have my manicure with nail design at this point). Then they were like, "no no no.. we will see you now." At this point everything took soo long. I was there for 2.5 hours and the pedicure likely would have taken another hour. If you're okay with waiting, want quality work , and are patient enough to have lots of waiting time, this place is great. If you are wanting to get your nails done and can't spend 4+ hours doing so, and also want quality work, then I suggest Spoiled nails.

My friend and I came in on Friday afternoon for pedicures and they had time for walk ins! Everyone was friendly, my nails look amazing, and the chairs were SO comfy! I’m definitely coming back!

First time going here today! Not sure the name of my nail tech, but she was great! Very soft and gentle with my nails, not that when i go other places they are rough or abrasive, but she was very gentle and that was refreshing! She also NAILED the design i showed her for inspiration perfectly! My nails look fabulous! I really enjoyed my experience and will absolutely be back!

They were okay there but there was one thing I didn't like and that was that they quoted me a price of $37 when I had called in but then charged me $50 when I was leaving. So that one thing maybe I didn't like. And then when they left their response, they answered a completely different problem than what I had. I called in for a fill in and that's what I got. No almond shape, no french. Just an overcharge. Hope they weren't lying on purpose.

This is my first time at that salon and I absolutely love my nails! They gave me exactly what I wanted and were super gentle. I posted my inspiration photo and what I got. Absolute perfection. My seach for a nail salon has come to an end and I will definitely be coming back here.

I’m really disappointed in this salon. I’ve come here quite often during holidays and every time something has gone wrong. This time however was my last straw. I got a simple set of acrylic fill and had them paint them French. They promised me one cost and then told me it was about $15 more after I was done. I left it because I thought my nails looked nice. Literally the next day my nails started chipping and looked horrible. I went in to get it fixed and they made me wait an hour and a half to be seen. As she was fixing my nails that were chipping my stylist made them so think and chunky that she had to file it off and start over. It’s now been only 1 week and all of my nails are chipping and bubbling and the sides are cracking off and lifting. It seems like this salon has their favorite customers that they put a lot of time and effort into and then everyone else receives mediocre service that barely lasts a week. Don’t go….

Absolutely love this place. Great prices with outstanding care. Would recommend making a reservation, as they do fill up quickly with walk ins. But they are quick and attentive. Very helpful with any questions and gentle in the process.

Eric & Mia did such an amazing job with my Christmas nails! Eric did everything freehand and the design was more than I could’ve wished for! They got me in quickly, and I have NEVER been disappointed with the quality and creativity of their work! I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed!

Looking for a good Nail Salon is something I hate to do.. luckily I believe I found my new place. Tina,, who did my Pedicure was very professional, concerned, asking if water was too hot, along with the heated towels. Will ask for her in the future. Eric did my nails, was very professional and did a great job.

I waited 40 min into my appointment without being helped and ended up leaving I called on a Sunday morning to see if this salon had any availability for builder gel for that afternoon, they told me to come in at 4:30, I showed up and picked out my color and they had me sit in a chair after about 15 min, from that point until about 5:10 I was not helped at all and there was nothing done to my nails, I ended up leaving because I didn’t want to be there super late and they seemed to be nowhere close to being done with other clients. The salon did contact me and said they only have 2 people that did builder gel and both were helping other people at the time but I don’t understand why they would accept other walk-in’s if I had called specifically for builder gel that morning… this salon seems like they do a great job so I was disappointed to not be helped while I was there. So make sure you book a few days in advance for this place

I went for a full set of acrylic nails and my nail technician did a beautiful job!!! I took a picture in to show him what I wanted and he did my nails exactly like the picture!! And he was super fast but very diligent.... I will for sure be going back and would recommend Eric & Mia Nails Spa to all friends and family.... Thank you so much!!!
