Umm, I come to this salon all the time. I see Anna and she is soooo great! She always knows how to do my nails or if I’m undecided about a color she always gets it right. However, it’s Sunday at 6:30pm and they tell me they’re closed??? It literally says on the website that they are open until 10:30pm

Completely thrilled! When I say I got what I paid for, I mean I got what I paid for! I was skipping around a little bit as far as my nails were concerned because nail tech for years is no longer doing services regularly. I’ve never found anything I liked closer to home. Erie Beauty Plus had great reviews and a good Google rating. I drove 45 minutes to get here and I will be back! The technician immediately suggested that all of the older acrylic be removed and she suggested an overlay that came out so nicely. My pedicure was done well and my feet look great! When you work hard and pay your money for a service, you want what you want and I can tell you that giving this salon a try is worth the trip!

This place is absolutely horrible. I asked for dip powder (which I have worn for 5 years now) and the guy skipped 2 steps and didn't file or buff them when he was done. Every time I spoke up he slammed my hand on the table. I only went there because they are open late but I instantly regretted my decision.

on 10/11/24 i came in ask for a pedicure and new set of overlay finally get seated for my nails.. 1. the lady used a fake nail to take off my acrylic off 2. she kept asking me does it hurt obviously uh duh it hurts ! 3. she pulls my real nail makes me bleed tryna take the acrylic off (i started to get hot) 4. she gets to my right hand on my index finger she spilts my REAL NAIL and tried to put GLUE !!!! 5. my nails hurt so bad to the point i didn’t even want them touch no more i walked out because i had to breathe walk backed in to get my feet done and a discount i talked to the host girl the lady that i had saw me talking to the host girl the lady i had tried to yell at me like i'm wrong which i'm not, we argued and i tried to show the other workers what she did i always come to this nail salon this never ever happen to me ! i’m so pissed off i can’t even get my nails done because they hurt so bad !! (they didn’t even give me a discount) NEVER COMING BACK !

I and my daughters come here and our nails are always chipping, breaking within the first couple of days. Gel nails are supposed to last up to 3 weeks. 200-300 monthly is already very expensive as it is not a necessity, when it doesn’t even last a couple of days it is ridiculous. Having to choose to walk around with nails that look horrible that were just done, or fork out more money weekly for an already expensive service. They are also rough causing me to bleed when drilling off the old gel and when scrubbing my feet. They are rushing; and the service is just horrible. These same issues are across all of the nail salons I have frequented recently so this review will be repeated. They all also try to force cash or charge ridiculous fees on your card and hold funds as they try to force tipping. The current tipping culture is obnoxious as it doesn’t match the service anywhere these days.

1st time going here. Rude Staff! They dont greet you or use any manners. They lazy and do rush jobs. They have Roaches and dont care! They smash them and say its okay. Not going back!

This used to be a good place,but now the nail gel chips the day after being done, and when you come back from their screw ups they make you pay and then they chip the next again so they lost me a customer for over 5 years now but no more they dont appreciate loyal customers and i was embarassed cause i bragged about how good they were and brought my daughter whom is bojii and she was disappointed twice with their service cause she had the same problem that i had,dont waste your money there period

First time visiting. I got my feet, lashes, and eyebrows done. I received a rush job. Went on a Friday and was desperate, so I gave them a try. They are more expensive than where I usually go, only went cause my regular spot was crowded. The very next day, my lashes were coming off. They did look nice when I got them done. I would have gone back if they weren't falling off. I paid $30, and they didn't even last a day. It looked like my feet were just polished, and eyebrows were ok. What a waste of $76. Never again. It's Wednesday, and I have an appointment at my regular spot...smh

I went to this salon for the first time and I'm not a fan of the quality for that I paid for. First thing I said twice that I didn't want acrylic yet no one corrected me stating that all they did were gel polish (which in general is more expensive). Secondly the quality of my nails, I just got my nails done yesterday and my nails are already getting snagged on to things (hair, clothing, etc.) but that shouldn't happen since they were just done, now compared to if I had them for two weeks and needed a refill. The guy working on me didn't push my cuticles back nor fixed the edges around them, which is why my nails are getting snagged. Please tell staff that if all are going to charge people $125 that their quality has to be a bit better. $40 for my daughter (just glitter polish) $80 for myself (simple acrylic, solid color)

This place is so unprofessional! Went in for a refill and polish change for my toes. The polish didn’t last me at all. Starting chipping within two days. Highly not recommended!
