I decided to give the salon a shot for a flat iron treatment, but I’m finally getting around to writing this review. If I could rate them with zero stars, I definitely would. On the day of my visit, they were celebrating a birthday and had a lot of food around. I had booked an appointment with the owner, Erica, but she ended up assigning me to a random girl who was just visiting the salon. I take great care of my hair, which is thick, coarse, and naturally wavy. Unfortunately, this girl completely ruined my hair; there was breakage everywhere, and she burnt it with the flat iron. I spent the entire weekend smelling like burnt hair. Due to the terrible treatment I received, I had no choice but to cut my hair short. Their lack of professionalism and consideration for giving a potential client this kind of treatment is absolutely disgraceful. I should have never paid and I will never step foot in there again beware American girls.

I got a blowout & added extensions to my hair done by Erika on Monday today is Saturday & I had to pay someone $75 to remove the sewin & micro links it was extremely tight that I couldn’t stand it anymore. Now I have sores in my head and have to pay to get another sew in. On top of that I hated the way she put the hair on the sides so the tracks were also visible I would not recommend getting a sew in from her until she takes a proper class. I will not be returning .5/10

I went there today for the first time for a blowout and haircut for my daughter, they did a pretty decent job with my blowout BUT Erica was really rough!!! she didn’t handle our hair with care, mind you my daughter is only 6 she was supposed to treat her scalp/hair differently. At the end she charged me $80 for a blowout and a kid’s haircut ( a trim ) that didnt even last 5 min (she didn’t even blow Dry her hair too) . I felt taken advantage of since it was my first fike amd didnt speak spanish

Like how do you mess up a blunt bob cut.. HOW?! Horrible customer service from the moment I walked in. 3 different ppl touched my head just for a silk press & haircut. The one girl who washed my hair did half a job I do a better job at washing my own head at home. The owner Ericka Came over to cut my hair then another girl did my blow out and silk press which she actually did a good job. Once she was done styling my hair Ericka came back over to cut more of my hair. Let me just say I’m not tender headed at all but she was just so rough and heavy handed I’m kinda glad she didn’t style my hair all together. For a blunt bob cut she didn’t use razor just sheers and she did a horrible job. I’m short so could barely see myself in the mirror, from my angle it looked even and since it was styled by the girl who did my silk press I couldn’t really tell how uneven it all was especially in the back. Once I got home and was able to take a careful look at my cut I noticed the right side was longer than the left side at that point I asked my cousin to take a look and confirm make sure I wasn’t trippin’. She took pictures of my entire head all angles. The entire cut was just uneven and choppy. By that point the salon was closed so the next day I went to another stylist to get another cut to even out all my hair. Good thing it was at a decent length and the stylist was able to lay my hair the way I wanted. Even she stated how bad the cut was and asked where I went and told her my experience. I should’ve read reviews before going here but I just happen to drive by and see it since I needed my hair done and I like a good Dominican wash and blow out I figure why not give them a try especially since I was on the search for a new stylist being that I’m new to the area. Never again will I waste my time or money coming here and won’t recommend to anyone I know. This by far has been the worse when it comes to style or service. Save yourself the trouble, bad experience, money and go elsewhere.

We had a peaceful great experience. Friendly Vibe. Amazing customer service. My little has eczema and it’s alway nerve recking for me and they made me feel comfortable and asked about the allergies and insured product did not contain those allergies we left happy and satisfied all 3 of us.😀😀😀😀

I’m new to Tampa, and I’m super nervous about people styling my hair. With that being said I am so happy that I found Erika in my time of need. My hair was a mess she made me feel beautiful again. I initially went for just a blow out but my hair was terribly damaged so she cut it for me too and for a fair price.❣️🥲 she was fast and effective as well. They offered me coffee and some finger foods too ✨😌 I loved it … can’t wait to go back. ❣️🥂

Llamé para irme hacer las uñas,y me dijeron que fuera, fuí,me dijo una señora, que ya venía la persona que hace las uñas, esperé cómo unos 15 minutos y nada, me fui,no tuvieron la gentileza de decir algo,regresa más tarde o algo nada PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA,NO regreso más a ese lugar

My daughters went there, called 1st for appointment & pricing One daughter was burnt here n there, & edges looked terrible, the other got nothing she asked for & will never be going there again! When Time to pay was over charged , the price was not what was told it would be! I feel advantage is taken when you do not speak their language & are not a regular, I guess” Ladrona! Do not recommend this place.

Very unprofessional. Horrible customer service. The owner wasn't present when I visited even though I had just called her 10 minutes before to confirm the appointment. I was treated very poorly and wasn't able to sit and wait because even do, they had a crib they were using the seats for customers to lay down the baby. It was very shocking to see a baby there with the extreme smell of quimicals in the closed space. Unfortunately I didn't even had the chance to see if the actual services were any good

Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable beauticians. Erika is attentive and professional. They offer lots of services including Brows, make up, manicure and pedicure. And the best hair treatment with Botox.
