I have been coming to this hair salon for a long time and it is a very good salon. Prices are affordable and everybody is kind and friendly. I would recommend it!

If I could I would give this place 0 stars. Horrible service, communication is a null, because nobody seems to speak any English, and the instructions from client to barber have to get translated by some man who’s supposed to be the owner, but he himself doesn’t speak English. So I really don’t understand how a client is supposed to get satisfactory service, when the communication DOES NOT EXIST!

My hair was cut beautifully and good to know I dont need to color my hair. However, my review is 4 stars because I did not want my hair to be cut in such short layers or cut off this much length. I told the stylist I want to keep my hair long. I also did not need the styling done when I tried to refuse it, I was told he wanted to see how his job is and for me to see. I assumed that this was not an extra charge so I said okay, then I see the bill for double than for what I expected when I asked on the phone. Silly me for not asking that this was an extra service. I dont mind paying the price but only if I actually wanted and needed this service not just done because the stylist wanted to. Also, I felt that the stylist rushed and when my hair was being brushed wet, my hair was brushed from the roots and rough, it was painful. That I also did not appreciate that. Either way the cut was pretty but I wanted my hair to have long layers not cut as short as it was. Even the other man passing by who works there asked why was it cut so short. I say this place is worth giving a shot but be firm in communication.

They try to make you feel stupid because they don’t speak English and are irritated with you when they can’t understand what you want them to do with your hair. Horrible service!

So happy I found Escada Salon and I truly lucked out with Kenny. He works with my features and makes me feel young and pretty (I don't consider myself to be either so he is a keeper.) Love the way he cuts my short hair in layers and it's easy to maintain. His coloring and highlights have brought me rave reviews. He makes me feel valued as a customer and I would highly recommend the salon and my hairstylist, Kenny.
