Esolix is hands down the best nail place around. The nail techs are wonderful; especially Kim. I recommend everyone to go there for their nails.

First off let me start off by saying I will never go here ever again so I got my nails done on the 5th of June and by the 7th of June they started lifting I spent around 70$ for some short v French tip I left the store unhappy cause it not what I really wanted they was so uneven the dude that did my nails wasn’t paying attention to what he was doing he was to busy looking around and their was no cleanliness. I’ve never had this problem with getting my nails done I wish I could give them a half a star tbh.

The workers are nice the man in the front did my nail they were nice looking but he filed my acrylic so much that the next day or two it looks like I need a feeling the nail polish top layer with chipping. I will never go back there again.

The dude was a hoot. He was so nice. He made good conversation. I'm not from around here so he gave me good directions on how to shop and good places to eat and he did a really good job of my nails as well!!

Started goin here Mid February. Was greeted & everyone is super nice. I kept having issues with my nails coming off barely a week after they were done. So once a week I’d have a nail fall off. She’d say they are weak & you have to keep getting them done to make em stronger. I’ve never had an issue like this before. The nail shop I was goin to across the street, something similar would happen. So I made the decision to go back to Where I used to go. Been goin there 20 ish years. They’ve been done 3 days no issues. Not to mention their prices. She was charging me $80 & I tip very well just for them to fall apart. I’ve been to 3 different places & each places either the nails are completely crooked or they fall off. I’m just happy to be back at my original place.

**Updates review below*** Love this salon. I go to Kim specifically. She's a sweetheart! I will continue to come back and am really happy to finally have a nail tech I feel comfortable with. >>>Unfortunately, after every acrylic manicure, I have had an acrylic detach from my nail. At first, I thought it was just a fluke. I was told I could come back to have it fixed. I don't have the time to come back after every manicure to get issues fixed. In my 32 years of life, I've never experienced this. Even if i had the time, it's a neusence. It's happened way too often and barely a week after getting my nails done. I have now had to keep nail superglue in my bedroom for all the times the nail detaches. Kim is super sweet, but Tim didn't seem to know modern nail designs, and his checkered pattern nails rubbed off within 24 hours. His shaping was horrible and bumpy (the design was alao amateur looking). When I brought this up the next time and asked for Tim to not do my nails, my concern about the shape wasn't addressed, and I was told black (my checkered nails were black and white) "doesn't stay on nails." I heard him make comments about my conversation but not directly to me. It's super unfortunate cause I thought I found a place that I could keep going to. I tip well and pay good money for my nails. This should not be happening after every manicure, or even half as often as it has. Nail chipping, detached nails, etc. :(

ANOTHER EDIT! 8/11/2023 WENT IN AFTER I SWORE I WOULD NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. GENTLEMEN DID MY GEL MANICURE IT LOOKS AWFUL. YOU CAN STILL SEE THE COLOR FROM MY LAST MANICURE. THE POLISH IS SO THIN ITS VERY NOTICEABLE ON THE TIPS OF MY NAILS. ALMOST $50 FOR THIS? 3RD TIME BEING UNHAPPY DID IT. The reviews on this place are fantastic-thought I would try. Kim did my acrylic set with mood polish. Im not 100% satisfied. She is very sweet and loves to talk which I looove, but one of my nails is crooked, and the polish is not even on several nails. Very cheap prices, I guess you get what you pay for. I have to edit my recent review because it will not let me do another one.. thought I would try this place again and again I am super unsatisfied I actually had to call in the same day because my gel polish was chipped went back in the next day for Kim to fix it and when she was fixing it she couldn't believe that it was a big deal to me because the problems were on the side of the nails they all looked super chippy looking. Never again

I went to this place for my first visit to get my nails done last Saturday and I was rushed in my appointment and they used dirty files, dirty tools. They are not friendly both of the owners cussed me out when I went back to let them know my problem I have proof to show that they use dirty tools, because three of my fingers got infected, leaving their salon two days after let me mention. Also, when I left the salon, my nails looked perfectly fine. I do not recommend this place they are not friendly the owners cussed me out and I would really watch when they are doing your nails to make sure they are pulling out all clean tools and utensils.

The best nail experience I’ve had, ever 😍 Kim is a delightful nail tech to work with! We were chatting it up the entire time & she did a killer job on my gel mani polish change. It’s very hard for me to sit still for a long period of time. But with Kim’s expertise and extroverted spirit - my nails were finished in less than an hour. Will certainly be back!

Very unprofessional for it's high end prices..Came in as a walk-in as required. Ask for a wait time. The lady had a whole attitude and was unable to provide an estimated wait time..as if my time is not valuable. Crazy part I was the only one waiting for service. Poor customer service skills...

Walk in only – I needed a pedicure immediately before my flight. I called ahead, and thankfully they had a couple chairs open. The service was fast and friendly. I loved my pedicure! Would definitely go back

I paid $70 for a full set a week ago, my nails are all lifting, the acrylic around my cuticles are chipping and crusty looking. And my nails are not even same shape in size. I been coming here for 4 years and I am very disappointed. I waisted $70 for my nails. Looks like a toddler did them.

It was great and then they were closed went to another nail salon and they refused to do my nail because they found fungus growing under my nail. Thank goodness for the day you were closed because I would have never known. Beware and watch your nails.
