I had my eyebrows done by Carthy and I absolutely love them! They are perfect in every way. Carthy is incredibly talented and pays such close attention to detail, making sure everything looks flawless. I’ve also had CO2 under my eyes, and I loved the results. Carthy is THE brow queen! I went to her for a brow removal after hearing from other removal places that my brows would take at least six sessions to remove, and she did it in just three sessions. I then went back for nano brows and they look so natural - I couldn’t be happier! Carthy takes the time to really explain the process, listened to my many many questions, and crafted stunning brows I get complimented on regularly. I’ll be going to Esse for other services based on my experience with her!

I absolutely love Esse Med Spa and highly recommend it to anyone looking to indulge in some self-care. I've had two laser sessions to remove old microblading, and I’m excited to have Carthy do my nanobrows once I’m fully healed. The team is incredibly friendly and welcoming—everyone makes you feel right at home. The front desk staff greet you as soon as you arrive and offer you a beverage, which is a nice touch. I had an amazing experience at Esse Med Spa. The staff was incredibly professional and welcoming, and my facial was absolutely perfect. My skin has never felt so refreshed and glowing. My esthetician, Lexie took her time to assess my needs and tailored the treatment to suit my skin type. I had originally gone in intending to do the thermocryo facial but Lexie suggested a biopeel because of my melasma. Thank you girl! I went to see Carthy for microblading removal on my brows, I’m seriously so happy with how it turned out! After just two sessions, about 95% of that ink is gone, and I couldn't be happier! Esse Med Spa is truly the best of the best! I know a lot of people struggle with stubborn yellow ink when getting microblading removed, but I barely have any left! I was super nervous about how it would turn out, but I’m so glad I chose them. It feels like they really know what they’re doing, and I’m so grateful for their expertise. I actually travel quite a distance to get to them but it was absolutely worth it! I’m forever thankful for the incredible work they did! I might pop back in a couple of months just to touch up that tiny bit of yellow, but honestly, I feel like I have my face back! Thank you, Esse. P.s I did 3 saline removals before I found Esse and I don’t recommend it

I have been going through tattoo removal for many years, and some of those years I received horrendous removals. I have hypopigmentation and scarring from past removals and thought I would be stuck with not only tattoo regret, but also the traumatized skin from trying to remove it… THEN I MET TAWNEY! Tawney is the ONLY reason I have hope again with my removals. She has been rehabbing my skin while manipulating laser levels to make it so I can continue removals without further damage while also healing the past damage! I live up in Fort Collins and Tawney is worth the longer drive, DO NOT CHEAP OUT ON TATTOO REMOVAL! It will be your biggest regret! I used to think you had to go through extreme blistering and pain to have a successful removal… with Tawney, I have never blistered other than maybe a pin point little baby bubble that goes away within a couple days. My healing is nearly painless and super easy to manage, and my ink clearance has been much more drastic with more gentler treatment. Tawney is seriously my savior when it comes to my skin. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Tattoo removal is very unregulated and most places use fake pictures for their “results”. Now, about the spa itself, Esse Med Spa is the most beautiful, clean and organized space I have ever seen. You feel as though you’re stepping into a chic and pristine, futuristic spa! Everyone that works here is extremely nice and welcoming. I cannot say enough good things!

I had my appointment with Lindsay and she did amazing job! I came in considering a lip filler but after chatting with Lindsay about what I’m looking for and what bothers me about my lips we decided to go with a lip flip and see how I like it. My lip flip turned out to be all I wanted! I’m extremely happy with the results and I think that’s a good start for me at least for now. I will definitely be back! Thank you for the great advice!

I have been working with Carthy to remove prior micro-bladed brows. She did a thorough job of removing them so we could start with a clean slate. If you haven’t come visit this spa , you are MISSING out! I just got done doing the CO2 treatment with Carthy and I cannot wait for the results! The service is absolutely amazing! They will explain every single step they’re taking making you feel safe with the procedure. I also did the painless laser hair removal with Kennia and I felt ZERO pain! today 12/12/24 marks the fifth day since my CO2 treatment down below you will see the result of the procedure. I want to shout out Lexi, Stephanie and Carthy for taking such great care of me. The places is very nice and clean with State of the art technology. The procedure took about an hour and a half where they first cleaned my face and then apply topical anesthetic. then proceeded to shoot patches of lasers covering the entire face and part of the neck. i can’t wait to heal and get treated again with my next treatment looking forward to coming back. once again thank you guys for treating me with such great care and I loved how the place looked. 5/5 would recommend

Lindsay was absolutely wonderful! I had never had any fillers or PRP (age 55) and she explained every process and possible side effects of both procedures. She is a true professional and her nursing background and knowledge makes all the difference!!!! She treated me like a sister! She also gave me lips~ I’ve had very thin lips and the results are so very natural and I love them. I will never go anywhere else for any procedure. I did not have any side effects or down time. She is also just so personable and fun to spend time with. I signed up to have the opportunity to see all of the professional woman at ESSE Spa monthly with one of their memberships. Stephanie is exceptional as well. She is the first person I see and if I have any questions after a procedure she is happy to help. She even responds after hours. ESSE spa is top notch! I went to see Carthy for microblade brow removal and she was excellent! Our consultation was via FaceTime and very thorough, with clear expectations set for how the procedure would go and what I can expect. The appointment was very smooth, and Carthy walked me through the process again. Results were immediate and she was incredibly thorough. Couldn’t recommend her enough. Update: after just 2 sessions my extremely saturated brows are nearly gone! They should be completely healed in a few weeks. Very very happy with these results and surprised at the lack of discomfort during the procedure.

My visit to Esse totally surpassed my expectations (which were already high based on what I’d seen of their work). I saw Tawney to start the process of removing my microbladed eyebrows, and Lindsay for Xeomin. My dark, ashy looking microblading is for the most part gone after one session. I could not be happier! Tawney made me feel comfortable about the process and I can’t wait to go back for a second round of laser. Lindsay was super knowledgeable and went into depth explaining Xeomin vs Botox, which was much appreciated. The facility is beautiful. Highly recommended all around!

I would highly recommend getting feathered nano brows by Carthy! I'm so impressed by her artistic ability to make the strokes look so natural and shaped so beautifully! She really listens to what you want and works with you to give you what you want. I must have asked her to redraw the brow shape at least 5 times at my initial consult. She was so patient and worked with me to get the best brows! Even at my touch up appt at 8 weeks, she really listened and paid so much attention to detail. There were a few faded areas that needed redone and she spent a lot of time making sure it all looked great. A few days after my initial appt, a Starbucks employee commented that she needed to go where I went cause my brows were "Fi-YAR, FIRE 🔥" . So yea, Carthy did a great job. 🤭

I am super grateful for Esse Med Spa and the great work they have done on my eyebrows. I had gone to a previous artist for microshading/ombre brows, and I did not like the results. I visited multiple tattoo removal places around 8 not just in Colorado but also Dallas and Florida, and they told me that if I tried to remove my eyebrows, it would leave behind a blue or green tint. However, Esse Med Spa has done an incredible job at removing my eyebrows. I'm only on my fourth session, and I have almost no tint/color left behind. I have just one more session to go, and I am confident they will be able to remove all visible color, which is amazing. I definitely recommend them!

I'm currently going through the laser tattoo removal process with Carthy on my old eyebrow microblading. I've had one treatment so far and I'm absolutely thrilled by the results. I still have a ways to go on completely removing pigment, but the whole process has exceeded my expectations. From the assuring consultation, to the quick treatment, to the extremely smooth healing process, I couldn't be happier! I have extremely sensitive skin, and I've run into absolutely zero issues. I can't wait to go back and continue on this journey at Esse.
