I came in for my birthday and had a wonderful facial, massage and sauna session. I was given so much good advice on how to care for my skin. Thank you. My massage was wonderful and the sauna provided the detox and recovery I needed. Thank you so much for a wonderful birthday!

I was very excited to enjoy a 90 minute massage for my birthday. Unfortunately, not only was the massage low quality, she talked incessantly during my massage. She did not stop even when I tried to shut down conversation multiple times. She asked deeply personal questions and then offered unsolicited advice about my life and business. The massage was obviously not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. I immediately contacted the spa via email to let them know about my experience in hopes we could come up with fair solution given the fact that my massage was ruined due to the unprofessional behavior of one of their staff. They in turn offered that I could use the sauna before another massage I was expected to pay for. When I suggested that they either refund me for the massage or allow me to come in and get a massage with another technician they compared it to complaining about a meal after it has been consumed. This is an unfair comparison since you don't have to get up naked in the middle of a meal to contact the management. Both the service and their response was disappointing and I would not recommend Essence to anyone looking for a relaxing experience or management that is interested in maintaining the quality of the services provided.

Do not recommend! Receptionists were really unfriendly and awkward. The massage was okay, nothing special. My partner and I were really looking forward to it but unfortunately, this was really disappointing, a waste of our time and money. To the business: Focus on providing a great customer experience and training team members basic social skills. Arriving at an establishment and having socially awkward people working there, specially when this is such a people focused service, is not good.

Kaili is truly wonderful. He is intuitive, thoughtful and really cares about your experience. You can feel how much thought and care he puts into each massage. He provides the perfect balance of relaxation while using enough pressure to feel like you're working out all the knots as well. I've been seeing him for prenatal massages and can't wait to see him again for a longer session after baby arrives. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you, Kaili!

I got the "Warrior Massage" by Perry, which stands out in a crowded field of therapeutic services you'd expect. Perry's knowledge and exemplary conversational skills made it an overall great experience. I was particularly impressed by his expert application of deep tissue pressure, trigger points, and myofascial release techniques, which skillfully dissolved any lingering tension. Perry also provided useful stretches that I could replicate at home, proving the session to be both healing and educational. If you want to rejuvenate your body while gaining insight into maintaining balance and flexibility, I highly recommend booking a session with Perry!

Knot your average spa. A grade masseuses. Clean facilities, calm and low key, where your health and well bring are the priority. Highly recommend the monthly subscription, and taking care of thy self! Tip your masseuses, they deserve it!

So clean, heated beds, true five star experience that you would get at a resort but 1/3 of the price. It’s where I go to treat myself. There are many massage therapists here that can really help make a difference. Body maintenance is important and this place is where I go and always recommend to others.

They will miss quote you and overcharge you for below average massages. Customer service was absolutely horrible. They quoted us a total of $248.00 and charged us $385.00. We requested a prenatal massage and they gave us an “advanced” prenatal massage we never asked for. Massage was subpar. Atmosphere was stiff and dull. They are scammers and would not ever recommend this location. Their business model is to scam their clients. Again.. these guys are SCAMMERS! Makes it worse that you guys are blatantly denying the truth! Disgusting business! Again STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They are SCAMMERS. I’ve already made a claim to the Better Business Bureau

Wow! This place is very very great. I loved it. Came in for fillers, Diana was excellent she was so nice and very good listener she definitely knows what she is doing ! i wanted to try a lymphatic drainage massage and i got one with Esther. I feel like a new person afterwards, and almost felt a little high. Thank you so much. I love her and highly recommend anyone else try. Especially if you struggle at all with inflammation.

Do not come here! I scheduled an appointment for a follow up after my fillers and when I showed up to my appointment it turned out they had cancelled it without notifying me, so it was a waste of time. Overall the staff is extremely unprofessional and the front desk young girl has no idea what she is doing or how to speak to clients in a professional manner. For the amount of money you are paying you are better off going to a well established spa, like Evolutions. They also charge a 50 dollar fee if you miss your appointment but take zero accountability when they cancel appointments without notice! This office is a mess, save yourself a headache!
