I am very pleased with my full body wax with Chenedra. After searching and searching for another esthetician! I really enjoyed her professionalism, conversation and her skills are amazing. It didn't hurt really bad as my previous waxes. All of my waxes in the pass were painful and they used tweezers after. Which I can't stand. Even when I have said not to. They insist that it's needed. Not with Chenedra! Then for some reason I felt sick after and always cramped after. My mind and body feels great! I didn't have to worry about scheduling with her then she secretly gets an assistant to do it. This is something that I do not like. Especially when you schedule with that person. You expect to see them. I can finally say I've found the right place to go to. I'm also looking forward to booking more services in the future. She is truly a sweetheart ❤️

Chenedra was the first person I’ve ever gotten a wax with after being apprehensive for years and being adamant I’d never do it. But after some pushing by friends I’m so happy I did; Chenedra offers such a warm and welcoming experience and does such quick and phenomenal work. My first time she listened to my concerns and met me where I was at and I still go to her months later

My facial was sooooooo relaxing. The suite was just for the Aesthetician and the client. Very personalized vibe. Calming music and ambient lighting set the mood. Chenadra was very gentle on my face and gave the best neck and shoulder massage. She hit all the pressure points without pain. I so needed it. My face was glowing when I left. I will definitely keep this in heavy rotation.

This spa is excellent and provides great service. Chenedra provides a relaxing, comfortable environment and talks through any concerns you may have about your skin. I’ve gotten a couple of facials and am always complimenting by strangers afterwards on how my skin is glowing. Well worth the prices to have a professional handle your skin

One of the best eyebrow waxes I’ve had. They were bushy and shapeless when I arrived and she make them look natural and thick. I also had a facial that was so relaxing I fell asleep and my skin felt and looked amazing

I've been to Essence of She Day Spa twice now. I had a great experience both times. This time I decided to get a sugaring brazilian and all I can say is WOW! The sugar went on super smooth. I couldn't believe how different it felt from getting sugaring services at other wax locations. I will definitely be going back monthly to see Chenedra! I have found my new spot!!!!

So relaxing and comfortable. I fell asleep during my session and felt amazing after. Cheandra is very nice and approachable and gave great tips. My skin is so soft! Will def be back.

I booked a spa party for the ladies in my family as a gift. We are not from the area but we were able to have the service at our hotel. It was the coolest experience to have a professional come to our suite and set up a whole mobile spa! We were treated to a luxurious foot soak with real flower petals in the water and the best smelling foot scrub ever (she made it herself)! While we relaxed, soothing music played and Chenedra got the facial station all set up. It was so professional and well done. Each person in the party had a custom facial based on the needs we expressed in the pre-treatment questionnaire we received the day before. We all agreed this was an amazing experience overall and the care Chenedra took with us was top tier. From communication leading up to the event to a post care email and goody bags to keep us all glowing, I can't say enough about how awesome this was. I look forward to booking another visit next time I'm in town!

Let me start by saying I had so much anxiety prior to my first (Brazilian wax)appointment but Chenedra put it at ease with her friendly disposition and ability to answer all my questions. While I do not have anything to compare it to the pain was nowhere as bad as I imagined and I attribute that to Chenedra knowing what she is doing. The process has gotten easier/faster each time but she has remained professional and kind. A friend recommended me to Chenedra and I would gladly pay it forward by doing the same. Pros: professional, clean, friendly, reasonable prices, the ease of booking, friendly text appt reminder, travel option and a heated bed (that was definitely a welcoming surprise). Cons: I have yet to find one

Very easy booking process, and the facial was AMAZING. This was my first facial ever in life and I absolutely loved it. Chenedra made the experience so comfortable, her spa is clean, and very easy to access (free parking right out front). I loved all of the steps in the facial, and the products that she used left my skin feeling so soft afterwards. She also provided me with samples to try at home. I can't wait to return and make this part of my monthly self care. Thank you so much for the amazing experience. I will see you soon!

Absolutely the best in the city. Always on time, beautiful spirit, fantastic wax and never any ingrown hairs afterwards. Her sugar scrub is bomb too. Chenedra is the only person I trust to wax my lady parts.

I have been to Essence of She Day Spa a few times now, and it is officially my go to place for waxing. The esthetician pays attention to every detail, does not leave a hair behind, is friendly, clean, quick, and professional. I can tell her skills and products are top quality as this is the smoothest and least painful waxing I have ever experienced. I love that there is a heated bed! Thank you for making waxing a positive experience.

Listen... Chenedra is the best at what she does and she has the sweetest and coolest personality to go with it. I refuse to go to anybody else for my waxes. I used to be terrified to get waxed, but now I’m so comfortable with Chenedra that it’s a breeze. I highly recommend her services!! 👌🏾
