EDIT: Josephine Frazil contacted my boyfriend and I really appreciate her customer service. She made sure that we were satisfied and she rectified the situation. It wasn’t about the $10 at all, it was the customer service that was given at the moment. Thank you Josephine for caring about the clients you are serving, that really goes a long way! I would like pointing out that this was going to be a 5 star review but due to an incident with the pricing that rating changed. There’s a flyer right at the front desk stating that the facial was $50 when i went to pay it came out to $60, when i asked her about it she said i had to bring it up to her attention. If you have a special right there I don’t think the client should have to tell you for that promotion to apply, furthermore she could have offered to fix that when I brought it up. She said she “got me next time” but she knows that we are currently on vacation here and live over 3 hours away. I advise you if you’re going here bring up the flyer and whatever else you need to to make sure that you are paying what was advertised Other than that our couples massages and my facial were a fantastic experience. Rafael did a great job. The place is clean and the place smelled wonderful

Esstientials Day Spa is absolutely amazing. My therapist Chae was exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond during my masssage. From the greeting at the door, mimosas and treats. The best customer service and massage I ever had. Thank you I will recommend you guys to all my friends and family.

I absolutely loved it! The staff are wonderful and down to earth, as soon as I walked in I was greeted promptly, I just had my baby and had a prenatal massage booked and it was the best. I also had a facial which left my face feeling refreshed and I took a step into their sauna and after having excruciating back discomfort I walked out of there feeling brand new, not to mention it smells so amazing when you walk in! 10/10 on experience and decor, Victoria the manager was very helpful on getting me what I needed. Definitely coming back

I went in for a massage at essentials spa and a facial. From the moment I walked in. I was greeted by the manager Victoria. I was also introduced to Roseanne and Jessica who performed my Services.it was the best service I have ever had and the spa was very essential . I felt very comfortable and special while I was there and looking forward to go back again. Iwill be going back once a week.

Very clean and modern needed a place while visiting out of town got recommended and was better then I expected staff was very welcoming and the massage and facial services were great
