Love this new location in N. Tampa! It is clean and beautiful. The team is caring, skillful, on time, and the services are so reasonably priced. I had a facial and massage-- what a treat. Definitely returning and highly recommend!

I absolutely love the new location. It's huge and well decorated with a calming vibe throughout. They offer a wide variety of services. Jessi gives the best deep tissue massages. I highly recommend !

I took my daughter and her friends for a massage and facial in the beginning of the month for my daughter’s quinceanera and this office was wonderful. They went above and beyond of what I expected. They greeted my daughter with flowers. They made the girls feel so comfortable. They have been asking to go back again. Thank you to the staff for making this day a day to remember Gaby G

Very clean very comfortable atmosphere. Staff was excellent and accomodating. Massage therapist Jessi knew how to eliminate the pain and stress head to toe. Speaking from the viewpoint of someone with chronic pain issues, these are definitely the professionals you need to visit regularly. Will return. 10/10

Went for a couple massage with my husband here with aroma and hot stone therapy and by the end we both felt like it was just an oil rub. We were given a relaxation massage with zero pressure applied and the aroma was only smelled for few seconds. We arrived at the counter at 4:02pm for a 4pm massage appointment and received a 45 mins massage for the 60 mins advertised. With $140 spent, we feel completely unsatisfied and robbed.

When I tell you this was thee best massage that I have had I mean it. A memorable service! Educational service! And the RELAXATION was on 10000000 like superb!! I thank you Ms Daniella and Ms Tina for such amazing service. My husband and I did a couples massage including hot stones, aroma therapy, exfoliation, like the works. We arrived early to our appointment and was greeted by the most genuine hospitable receptionist. Because we were just waiting we were offered a sauna room, and a lil something extra. We will be back! So glad to have found this gem🫶🏾

I got a couples massage for me and my sis for her birthday yesterday and it was AMAZING! I advise you all to get a massage from Annette! She was a 10/10! My sister had DiDi as her massage therapist and she said she loved it as well! But seriously Annette hands are AMAZING and she made 60 minutes feel longer she’s so good hands are firm yet relaxing book with her ASAP! Both ladies were so friendly I definitely will be back!!!

So I usually loveeee Essentials but today was horrible for me. I got a couple massage my Bf said his was amazing for me -1/10 . I paid for extra of aromatherapy (which is my favorite part smelling the peppermint smell randomly through out the massage ) , exfoliating on feet - all that cost extra & didn’t get any of that. The Hot stones 😒 she did for like 2 second . I was so annoyed . Like I come for relaxation and it was far from it . The lady was older , I though I was getting some experience hands instead I got the worse Massage In life . It was a couple massage - my Bf said his lady was amazing I look over he got hot oil all over him hot stones all down his Back was snoring and all. lol meanwhile I got cold lotion , all spot I said bothered me she didn’t hit at all, it was a mess. Paid over 120$ for this and was highly disappointed. I know it really depends on the masseuse but I prolly won’t ever come back to this location . Worst experience ever .!

My husband and I had a couples massage from Tina and Marilyn. We’ve both had massages before and both of us had an amazing experience!! Marilyn was able to find all of my pressure points and work out the muscles that always seem to get missed by other masseuses. Tina took her time to apply the perfect amount of pressure. After the massage was over I felt like jello and my posture was so much better!!! Thank you Marilyn and Tina we will definitely be back to see you again!!! 💜💜

Went for a couples massage (first time). Not sure what they did but I won't call it a massage. My husband said the same. One of the ladies that worked on us was also condescending toward us. I'd like to try it again but not here. Edit: insinuating someone is intoxicated without proof is slander. I don't drink. We were not there 15 min early due to traffic but we were there before the appt time. They didn't even look at the sheets. The lady at the desk asked in front of everyone am i going to tip. I said no I'm not tipping for bad service if thats rude I'm guilty. I don't tip for poor service. It's too bad you can't take an honest review.

One of the worst I ever had. Paid for 60 mins massage but only got 40 mins. They asked us to fill out the form even when they didn’t even use it before the appointment. Never ever again. Better go to a Chinese place with more experience and not feeling cheated.
