I really wanted to like this place, my massage with mindy was amazing, i could tell she knew what she was doing and even gave me tips on how i can release tension at home too. However i unfortunately cannot say the same for my facial with Elle. I really wish she would’ve walked through which products she was putting on my face, usually if an esthetician is going to apply a product that might burn or tingle a little they tell you, and i noticed she didn’t. She also overexfoliated my mouth area, causing an irritation to my skin barrier and causing it to develop irritated and itchy patches of skin, which i’m now having to treat. Safe to say this facial did more harm than good, and i’m very disappointed as i was looking forward to this facial alot.

I am so glad to have met Chantelle and feel incredibly blessed and grateful to have had her recommended to me by a friend of mine that has had the same issues with the same results from Chantelle! I have had many massages for my migraines, as I have suffered from them for years but never a one with the precision techniques that Chantelle has used and I honestly think she’s a straight-up Godsend! The relief that I have felt not only helps me tremendously the day I receive the massage but her treatments have helped stave the migraines off for longer periods of time. She explained the need to come in for maintenance treatments even when I don’t have a headache at all so as to not become so tightly wound up that it gets to the “blinding and sick to my stomach “point of the pain. I listened and I have been doing that too and I swear, my life has changed so much more for the better and she thanks me for listening and jokes that it makes her job much easier! Great Gal, True blue healer! I cant say enough good things about Chantelle! Thank you so very much!!!! Not enough stars in the universe!

I haven't had a facial done in such a long time and it's so hard to find somewhere good and reasonable. I read other reviews about Essentials and decided to give it another try. Elle was absolutely amazing! It was such a calming and relaxing hour. She asked skin questions up front and catered directly to my skin type. I did the basic one hour European facial and it was a perfect refresh for me. I left glowing and feeling relaxed and fresh and ready for the weekend!

Went here for couples massage and facials. It was absolutely amazing! The people there were so friendly and everything felt amazing. We had such a nice time. We feel so refreshed, and our skin feels great! Thank you!

First time here while visiting the area. I had the best massage I’ve EVER had, neck pain, back pain, arm pain, things I suffer daily is drastically reduced! I feel great and more important relaxed, not to mention met an absolutely amazing individual. If you want an amazing professional experience with some one who is a master at his craft, then I can not recommend BRUCE enough! I live two hours away and I am already contemplating visiting again soon. 10 out of 10 experience!

Kim is great at listening to the individual needs of the client and gives great pressure on the deep tissue massages with the right amount of stretching to help target the problem areas. On top of her therapeutic skills she is a great person to talk with during the session. If you are looking for a great massage Kim is the best!

Mindy was great! Some therapists stay in one spot, but she got to everything! She used cranial hold, which was relaxing. She didn’t neglect my feet and used hot towels to loosen up my neck. She also used techniques to improve blood flow.

The front desk team is so wonderful! Sam was extremely polite and super helpful when making my appointment and answering all of my questions. Kathy, the manager, is a total gem as well! She made my experience at Essentials so enjoyable. She was friendly, kind and very accommodating. I’m looking forward to going back and seeing Mindy :)

Kim and Mason were so good. We did couples massage the second time here. They work on your whole body, adjust the pressure to your liking. Very pleasant staff and massage is top notch. Definitely will be back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Steven was super great and the massage was freaking amazing. This is probably one of the best messages I’ve had. I took one star off because it smelled a bit musky in the spa. Nothing too crazy. I would highly recommend you come here!
