Laila was so helpful. I was only visiting Dallas but decided to treat myself and get my lashes and brows done. I didn't have a hair dryer and she even curled my hair for me. I'm going to see her every time I'm in Dallas.

I’m giving this place two stars because the eyebrow threading was decent, but unfortunately, the eyelash service was not up to par at all. When I reached out to ask for a refund, they assured me multiple times that I would receive it, but it’s been over a month and I still haven’t seen anything. I’ve followed up, but they’ve just left me on read on Facebook Messenger without any explanation. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and follow-through. Would not recommend.

Amazing service !!! I used to come here months ago and It seems they under new management. Layla has done a wonderful job with the place. She takes her time with her services and makes sure it’s perfect. Super happy with essenz ! 10/10 customer service , pricing and atmosphere.

Had a fantastic eyebrow threading experience. She gave me a great shape and told me how to care for my brows going forward to get them looking fuller. I have a bit of anxiety and was definitely at ease with how sweet Leila was. After (poorly) doing my own eyebrows for the last couple years I will definitely be a regular here now. Might treat myself to a facial as well :)

This was such a great experience! I accidentally came after they were closed and they were still so kind and did my eyebrows anyway. The woman that did them was fast and gentle and she did such an amazing job. This is such a great place and the prices are amazing, I will definitely be coming back!

The ambience is top tier! Very relaxing. My brows are always done perfect! I never have to say how I want them I just come in and sit in the chair lol they offer you water if/when there’s a wait but most times I’m in and out

Essenz of India is an awesome place! Sairah threaded my eyebrows, forehead, and upper lip in preparations for my wedding. She did an amazing job and walked me through the whole process. It was my first time and they took great care of me. Chatting with Sairah and Laila is so fun and easy. They are total girl bosses! Highly recommend.

For a first hair removal, I loved it; it was an incredible experience!! This is definitely the place to come to and their pricing is the best in town. I will continue to make the 40 min drive for their services. Update (2 years later): Still the best place to come to for all your waxing needs! Mrs. Laila is so sweet and thorough with her work. Will continue to come to visit her for my waxing and threading.

Leila is the BEST! Has been blessing my eyebrows for the past 2.5 years. I’ve followed her around on her adventures and travel close to an hour just to get them done by her. She knows exactly how I want my eyebrows without having to tell her what to do or how to. I also love getting my nostrils waxed and the bridge of my nose - less blackheads and hair :-)

Second time I've gotten a Brazilian wax from Laila and gosh she is so thorough! She's so friendly and this is the best cost; I can't find this price for waxing anywhere else anymore! Just stopped by for eyebrows and wasn’t aware of their other services. They have a pretty extensive menu. I decided on getting a facial as well and they were more than accommodating considering I did not have an appointment. The owner was very friendly, very knowledgeable and walked me through step-by-step. I left renewed and with glowing skin, prefect brows.
