Michelle did a wonderful Brazilian Blowout on my hair before I left for Florida. I have had many over the years, and she really knew what she was doing. I am in the humidity now and my hair is so much easier to take care of.

Erin at Esspa has been doing my brows for a couple of years. She's fantastic. So pleasant, and always does a great job with the waxing and tinting. She's also very happy to make any adjustments I request. Highly recommend!

I had a very disappointing experience with ES Spa. My sisters gifted me a $300 gift card, but after a visit where we decided not to continue, the spa charged my partner’s credit card instead. When I requested a refund for the unused gift card, I was ignored despite multiple calls and attempts to resolve the issue. I have no problem paying for the services received, but it’s unfair and unprofessional for the spa to refuse to refund the gift card that was never used. I urge ES Spa to handle this matter responsibly and return the money for the gift card to the original purchaser. I’m sharing this in hopes that others are aware of this experience and that the spa improves its customer service. I will gladly update this review if the issue is resolved.

I had a wonderful experience at this spa recently. Greeted warmly and felt comfortable from the moment I walked in. Heather provided an amazing Swedish massage! The decor of the spa is beautiful! I will definitely return in the future.

My nieces & SIL had a pamper day; it has been a chaotic couple of days. EsSpa was the perfect place tp get some rest & relaxation. We felt very treasured & pampered. We got facials, & our Estheticians were talented. They were firm but gentle with our treatments. These were the first facials we had, but we plan more!

I was given a gift of a 90 minute massage, and let me tell you, it was absolutely amazing! From the minute I walked into the Spa the staff was very welcoming. Had a short wait to relax while waiting for my massage. I had my massage with Robert today and he took the time to listen to what my needs were. He asked questions and was able to work on my problem areas. Let me tell you, he’s amazing. I feel like a new person, so thank you Robert. I will definitely be going back

I could not possibly recommend Esspa enough - The deep tissue sports massage was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Heather was incredible. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Always schedule my facial with Eva but I know she has many competent cosmeticians. She always goes an extra mile for me, making suggestions but not those that are selling her wonderful products. The spa is welcoming, relaxing and most of all spotlessly clean. Highly recommend the relaxing experience.

Karen at the front desk is lovely and so accommodating, Eva took the time to say hi during her very busy schedule and my pedicure was heavenly.
